5 /5 Purple Cat: I am always skeptical about going anywhere to get my hair done. I have very long hair and no matter where I go. They never seem to do it right or the way that I want it. Or they want to chop it halfway off in order to do what I want done. I have to say I am so very happy that I decided to come into the salon today. My daughter already goes here so I thought I would try it myself. My husband said yes go to a professional salon, it doesn’t matter what is going to cost as long as it’s done right. So, I made my appointment and my appointment was with. Ilse T. I cannot say enough about this hairdresser. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time she was cutting my hair. I had told her of my horrible experiences in the last experience I had with someone chopping my hair, so I guess she kept that in mind, and as she was cutting my hair, she was telling me each kind of scissors she was using and what the scissor was for. which I really appreciated. I don’t know what the different scissors are for and the one that she used was actually to help my hair to where it wouldn’t get so tangled when I combed it. I have never been so happy before about my haircut like I was today, she talk to me the whole time she made me feel comfortable. She made me feel like I had been her customer for 10 years. She was the nicest person with such a great smile and attitude that I will continue to go here and she will continue to be my hairdresser. I have already made my next appointment. Thank you again Ilse for making me a very happy woman, and putting a smile on my face again when I look at my hair. I always know when my hair is cut right because it lays so and flows so nice! Haven’t had that in over a decade! Thank You!
