1 /5 Sarah Zadah: I came in for a haircut with Scott and explained that I wanted shorter layers. I even showed him a picture of my hair on my phone to clarify.Without responding, he got up, left, came back and said repeatedly, "Im not doing your hair." He said, "I checked the schedule, and youve no-showed on me before. Do you want to explain why?"
I was surprised and responded, "You want me to remember why I missed an appointment from over a year ago?" He said yes and then added, "Your hair is messy, and Im not going to do it." The whole time he was smirking and laughing at me.
When I went to speak to the receptionist about the situation, Scott stormed over, yelling, "Why are you talking to her? I already told you, Im not doing your hair. Your hair is a mess, and you have dreads. I cant even run my fingers through it."
I explained to him that I had just washed my hair, as instructed, and mentioned that I have curly hair, so its normal for it to be more textured. Despite this, he continued yelling, "Why are you talking to her? This is MY salon, and I refuse to do your hair."
I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life, especially in a customer service setting. Please, AVOID SCOTT at all costs. I do not wish this kind of service on anyone.
