gomarketingsuccess dotcom: There could be potential for this tiny chinese decor park in the middle of a city. I would thought this can pass as a tiny corner Japanese garden. Unfortunately, homeless clothing were on the bench and dirty water.
You only need 3-5 min to explore all.
Kevin B: Well kept park. A few homeless sometimes scattered about, but theres plenty of space. Nice green grass and shady areas, plus a play area for little kids that looks like it would be a lot of fun if I completely refuted adulthood (which I am still considering doing). Its spots like this that make SLO special, and we should all treat them with care.
Fornia Grampa (Grampa Fornia): Just driving thru about an hour before sunset. The sky was melting together one spectacular color with another and another and yet another... Morphing from 1 spectacular aerial fractal into another. Phenomenal!!!!
Jaimal Hanson: One of the underrated and lesser known gems for hiking in SLO. Irish Hills offers a great mix of terrain, elevation, cool views and interesting geology. Lots of trail options to explore . Connect to Johnson Ranch open space, for extended trails. AllTrails is a great app for connecting the dots. Get out and check out these trails! Highly recommended.
Geosan: It’s a nice little park. Great parking and grass area! The bbq, eating area was big but the bbq grills were so full of charcoal ash. Had to clean them out ourselves before we bbq’d. Had to pay for our area which is the norm these days but would have been nice if it was ready for us. Clean rest rooms and clean park. I did like it and good place to hang out for a day. Not sure if I’ll go back though.
Kathryn Beetle: We recently had a Celebration of Life event at the Dallidet Adobe and Gardens on Pacific Street in San Luis Obispo. Many of our attendees were local and had never been to the Dallidet and were shocked by this peaceful spot in the heart of downtown. If youre looking for a beautiful wedding site or a quiet spot to just take in nature, the Dallidet Gardens are well worth your time.
