Christine Doyle: I went to get a gel fill and French manicure. I chose Flamingos because it’s around the corner from me. The salon appeared to be clean and the staff friendly. I had a male technician and he didn’t do a good job. First, he didn’t clean off his station after he removed the polish from my nails. The dust was left on the towel and once he started to apply the gel on my nails the dust with my previous color got stuck in the gel. When I told the technician he said it was already in the gel. He couldn’t fix it. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy about this he became annoyed and clearly didn’t care for my comment. I had to tell him how to apply the white polish, and 4 my nails were filed crooked. So noticeable that my husband and family noticed. They never notice things like that. When I complained to the management she said next time we’ll remember to tell the technician to wipe his counter. I requested a refund but was denied. I then insisted my nails be corrected but I was told it was too busy today as it was the day before Thanksgiving. I would have to come back later in the day. REALLY?!?! I paid $53 for nails that came out horrible!! I would never go there again!!
Andy Kisling: I have been going here for the past few months now and my step mom has for the past 5 years. The service is amazing! Everyone is so kind! Highly recommend Tina, she is the sweetest! I always leave with beautiful nails for a great price!!
Woertink Sara: The salon is clean and everyone is so kind. Sarah did amazing at my pedicure. My big toenail ripped off a few days prior and she made it look like it never happened. Got a neck massage from Ellie and she did a wonderful job as well. I felt so relaxed. The snippet view of the ocean and the massage chairs were a definite plus. One of the best massage chairs Ive used at a nail salon. It really got in there.
Olivia Kyla: All of the employees here are so kind! Their customer service is incredible as well as their nail tech skills! I got a manicure and pedicure & one of my toe nails completely broke in half lol but they were able to save the day (as pictured) & they sculpted a nice full toenail for me. I have a photo shoot tomorrow and my feet would be in the photos so I was relieved they were able to do that for my toenail! It looks natural, I’m very impressed! Also the massage the ladies gave me was very relaxing and I love the soothing spa music they play here. It added a lovely atmosphere! 10/10 highly recommend this place

Kylie Profaca: I went here for the first time to get my nails done for my best friends wedding I went October 25th. I got a full set with acrylic. It’s now November 2 and two of the nails have broken in the same spot due to retention from the glue. The nail tips snapped off and In turn broke the acrylic.
I spent 130$ to have them last a week.
