    Khorshid Davtalab: I have been a patient of Dr. Anita Jackson for at least 7 years now. She has helped me so much. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone. My only complaint is the nurse practitioner. She was incompetent and very rude. I will be very happy when Anita Jackson returns from her vacation. I recommend anyone to see Dr. Anita Jackson, but the nurse practitioner is a definite note for me

    Alexandria Stopsen: We LOVE Dr. Robbins however the excessive wait times are awful. I waited almost 3 hours yesterday with my 4 month old, there is no way I could’ve done this with my toddler. The front desk staff isn’t the nicest either and seemed very annoyed when I asked for an updated wait time. I get things happen but we’ve had crazy long waits now with every appt with our new baby.

    Lindsay Rogers: I came to this ER with symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure, including lethargy, lightheadedness, difficulty breathing, nausea, and a headache. While the actual medical care I received was appropriate, my overall experience was frustrating due to poor initial triage, dismissive attitudes, and hostage-like delays in discharge. Upon arrival, I was not immediately assessed or even asked what was wrong. Instead, I was told to sit and wait, despite experiencing symptoms that could have led to unconsciousness. It took 30 minutes to get into an ER room and another 15-20 minutes before I was seen by a doctor—a concerning delay for a potentially life-threatening condition. Once I was in a room, I received oxygen therapy, an EKG, X-rays, and a CT scan. However, the physician I saw was patronizing and dismissive, questioning how I knew my home’s CO levels despite my detector alarming at over 300 ppm. The most frustrating part was at discharge. Despite being medically stable, I was prevented from leaving until the fire department checked my home. When I was finally allowed to leave, staff made dismissive remarks about my concerns, further underscoring their lack of patient-centered care. The medical care itself was fine, but the poor triage process, dismissive physician, and refusal to respect my autonomy made this a stressful and disappointing experience. I would not return to this ER unless absolutely necessary.

    Cindy Chavez: Took my son back in December to the Loma Linda University Medical Center and they have my insurance on file yet I would always receive a letter weeks later that I owe a certain amount. I would call and they would put my insurance through again and the last time I spoke with an employee about this, he stated I didnt have to worry anymore. Now, I received a letter saying I owe about $700???? My insurance covers everything so theres no need for me to pay ANYTHING at all. This is ridiculous.

    daisy saucedo: The staff and Dr. Berns are all very professional and kind. I brought my mother-in-law to her surgery appointment. They allowed me to go in the back with her while they prepped her for surgery. This was extremely important for my mother-in-law as she had so much anxiety. Everyone treated her so kindly and were extremely patient with her. My mother-in-law and I are very pleased with the level of care she received.

    Erika Mejia: I visited this hospital yesterday due to severe pain and had a very disappointing experience. It took over four hours before they finally diagnosed me with a UTI. Getting a CT scan took more than 2.5 hours, and I had to wait another two hours just to be told I was going home with antibiotics. Despite having a 102°F fever and severe back pain, there was no bed available for me to lay on the entire time. Throughout my visit, some staff members who seemed to be supervisors were walking around asking patients questions about their experience, almost like a survey, when all I wanted was to be left alone to deal with my pain. The only male nurse who treated me well was the one who took me to get my CT scan. Unfortunately, the others were rough when placing and removing my IV and during discharge. This was by far the worst ER experience I’ve had, and next time, I will go to a different hospital. I do not recommend this ER for emergency care.
