1. When they were washing my hair, they were scratching my scalp with their extension nails. It was really painful and just awful.
2. When they were drying my hair, it was so close to my scalp. It just hurt most of the time felt like it was burning my scalp.
3. The positioning of the chair was really terrible too when they were drying my hair. Because they turned my chair facing the client seated next to me. The whole entire time even when they’re recording my hair. I literally said something, but it was just off. And stupid.
Obviously, an amateur so it was overpriced

Julian Cuyjet: Could not have asked for better service or a better cut. I moved to Orange County about a year ago and have been looking for a new place to get my hair cut and I definitely found it. I had a long hair cut with Blanca G. who absolutely killed it! Normally my hair the day after a haircut is still adjusting but it has looked great since I left the chair. Cannot leave a good enough review. Will be back for regular appointments for sure.

Last month, I had a special event to go to for work and at the last minute I decided to reach out to Kim to help style my hair. Even though she was booked, she found a way to squeeze me in between appointments to style my hair because how much she knew it meant to me. She is a great stylist and an exceptional person!
