1 /5 Kimberly Schroeder: Waited for 3 hours to have a fill done. As they’re cutting away from the lifted parts of the nails that have grown out. I lost a nail. Not only did I go in with my daughter to also have her nails and a pedicure done. As I’m getting my nails worked on the guy stop and leaves me there without explanation to move on to another customer and starts her nails. When he skips my daughter who was next. Then to have another lady come over and tell me he’s too tired to finish my set. Which is literally a basic medium set of nails with a solid color. As I’m sitting there filing my own nails. The lady comes to me after almost 30 mins with half done nails to finish mine. At this point I told her we didn’t want any other services. We had been there already 3 hours. She finally finished my nails and rings me up and charged me $47.00!!!! Are you serious. For a fill and a solid color!!! Safe to say she ripped me off and I will never ever go here again!!!
Oh and to top it off. I was charged “more” bc I broke a nail!! Hmmm no I didn’t the guy broke it. I went in with all 10 nails on my hand
