5 /5 Giselle Hamik: The best Hair Salon experience I have ever had! If I could give a 10 Star I would but google is no fun. The salons atmosphere itself was so welcoming and relaxing. First time ever having my hair cut by Norman and he did such incredible job! My hair looks happier and feels so much healthier! Thank you so much Norman! Definitely will be returning as a repeat client!

1 /5 Carpe Diem: Haircuts are on point. Friendly hairstylist. Very difficult to reschedule and cancel appointment. Never received any reply back until the morning of the appointment. I tried multiple times 2 weeks prior to the appointment to reschedule through the app and kept putting me on waitlist. I called, no answer so I left a voicemail more than 24 hours before the appointment. I sent a text the night before the appointment. And received a text back the morning of the appointment letting me know that I will be charged late cancellation fee. And now I saw $80 charge on my credit card. The difficulty of canceling and rescheduling through the app and via phone cost me $80. I guess I’ll look for new hair salon that is more responsive when you’re trying to cancel and reschedule and not end up blind sighting me with $80 late cancellation fee. I was not late in canceling/rescheduling. They were just not responding to my request.

5 /5 Reno Sammons: The best hair salon I have been too. After doing hours of research to find a hair salon that fit my needs ( ASD/ anxiety/etc) I stumbled upon Sweet Jane Salon. There are only two stylist there: Norman and Nicholas. Nick cut and styled my hair beautifully. He is a true artist and he loves what he does and it shows in his work. Honestly my hair has never looked better. I didn’t really know what I wanted my hair to look like so I told him the things I wished my hair had more of ( volume, shape, long enough to put into a ponytail). The results speak for themselves. In conclusion, if you have an opportunity to get your hair cut here, don’t hesitate… book the appointment.

5 /5 Mariane Eirene: I’ve been seeing Nick since 2020 and I have never looked back. Every time we have an appointment I come out feeling like my best self. Since being his client I’ve had my hair cut in different types of shags and I bounce between curtain and baby bangs. In my last visit he took my naturally dark brown hair to the perfect copper/red. My husband has also started going to Norm and he always leaves with the best soft mullet. I highly highly recommend Nick and Norm, especially if you’re looking for a razor cut. They are truly the best at what they do.
