1 /5 XYZ: Went for oil change for my SUV, which typically uses regular oil. Was told $90 for oil change and when I asked if regular oil is used, he said they only use synthetic oil and asked me why dont I go to other place. I did not want to waste my time searching, so decided to do oil change here.
At the end, while waiting to pay, I asked which brand of oil he uses and he got all mad. I guess asking a simple question is not acceptable to him. Also, thinks that he can talk to people of color any way he wants.
The fact that a simple question about which oil he uses triggered him shows that he has something to hide. I have used his service once before and he seemed fine then.
My car has been running just fine with regular oil for more than 16 years!! Lately, there is this con going on about forcing customers to pay for expensive synthetic oil and if we dare to ask otherwise, we are being rudely treated.
This will not be tolerated.
Not happy at all with the attitude.
