1 /5 Marisa Ramirez: My truck needed a new transmission, so we took it to Mark. We paid for a “brand new transmission” but ended up getting an old no goo one. We had to take the truck back 3’s and the 4th time took it somewhere else. The truck keeps saying trans fluid hot and reading at 300 and leaking, the first time we took it back Mark said it was missing a bolt, the second time it’s was my engine, the third time we needed to replace the trans cooling system and get a tune up. So I had another shop take a look at it with out telling them my issue and sure enough it was my transmission that was bad.
This company doesn’t deserve one start but I had to select it so I would be able to post.
