3 /5 Marcie Ramos: My husband brought me here looks beautiful modern clean neat loved it the first time Jennifer took care of us amazing Then I went on a Tuesday for my fills and a Younger girl came to do my fills well started too .. she was rough with my nails hurt my finger as she’s file ing to remove my gel. I see no more gel and she’s continuing I said ok she’s going to redo and put more gel my nails were oval NOT pointy as she’s file ing them so she’s done and I said I like my nails thick and u filed this nail more than what u we’re supposed too it looked thinner than the other nail and really pointy looks really different from my other hand right away she started talking in her language which I feel that is so rude speak English so I can understand what u are saying . I’m telling her my nail wasn’t like that she’s going over what I’m saying and walked away so I’m showing the nice owner and he put Lana omg she did a beautiful job wasn’t uptight or rude very humble and fixed the error the younger girl with the over sized hot pink shoes made that’s what stood out I had never in my 45 years experienced someone so unprofessional while doing my nails then she lied to the owner about what she did to my nail I’ve done my nails many!!!!!! Many years I know what removing gel and file ing is…. I was very pleased with LANA”s knowledge very impressive thank u Lana loved my nails

3 /5 Rita VG López: Each time I have had services - 3 times, done here, the receptionist (owner?) and nail tech attempt to upsell services I dont want; specifically pedicures and gel nails. Also, when I have expressed that the company I work for has certain standards for nail looks, Ive had to show pictures for my request to be respected. Finally, the last time I went the nail tech was quite rude. As she was struggling to remove a couple of the acrylic nails, I suggested that soaking my nails in acetone would ease the task. She furrowed her brow and stated you dont need to tell me, I have been doing this a long time. She then stated something to the receptionist (owner?) in their home language.

1 /5 Soul Engerman: These people are very rude and give me racist vibes. I am a young black woman. I have been here 3 times. The first time they did not give me the nails that I wanted because they were closing soon so they tried to pressure me into getting something else, I said yes to oblige them. The second time I went there I had an appointment for me and my sister And they gave my spot away to two other women. The third time I just went in there I asked him to remove some nails that I had got done in Texas on vacation and they refused to take the nails off because I didn’t get them done there. I thought this was a nail shop. I thought you guys did nails Including removal so why turned me away. Very disappointed will never come back here. They have cute ambience, though that’s it.
