5 /5 Rominna Garcia: I have been to many nail salons in my life, but this is by far the best place I’ve been to. I have been here many times over the past 5 plus years and can’t believe I haven’t done a review yet. They are always clean and friendly it does get busy but I have never been there for an unreasonable amount of time or had to wait very long. The receptionist or owner I’m not sure but she is so friendly and sweet it feels good walking into the salon to her welcoming presence. All the girls there are friendly and nice they do a good job I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them for a mani or pedi I’ll go to any of them but if I’m doing a full set I will definitely go to Dee. If you’re looking for a good place this is that place you won’t be disappointed.

5 /5 Jacqueline LaGrange: Favorite nail salon in the Bay Area. Affordable and great service. Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for a while now and they do the best job on our pedicures. We get the Sugarcoat Special. It has this jelly that makes your feet feel amazing afterwards. I recently got acrylics for the first time and they turned out amazing. Bebe is our favorite but everyone there is excellent. Highly recommend

Amazing experience, my nails are shaped the way I love them and the color is 100% well done. I will definitely be coming back again.

4 /5 Estefani Ocampo: Got my nails refilled by Jen And pedicure by Lee both did a great job. Facility is always clean, staff is very polite. When I request appointment by yelp I get a response very quickly. The owner is a sweetheart very accommodating. They have very cute kids chairs for pedicure. 1st time visit my technician was on her phone having video calls I wasnt a big fan of that.

2 /5 Juliecita: This place was okay they fit me in last minute, unfortunately the way that the place is set up is a long bar counter kind of thing, its all one table and the nail tech stands behind the bar and mine was standing the whole time and made me feel as if she was in a rush, so I felt as if she wasnt actually taking her time. She nicked me a couple times on my fingers which was a little frustrating, overall the outcome of the polish color was great. But Im going to have to give it to Stars just for the service

S: I had been to multiple Russian nail salons in the Bay Area before finding LC salon and none of them even compare! LC salon does the best manicures and pedicures I’ve ever had. They have high quality products and so many colors to chose from. The salon is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Anastasia and Daria are so skilled and detailed and very welcoming and kind. Always a positive experience at LC salon ❤️ worth every penny

Roberta Quijano: I showed a picture of the nails I wanted. The tips looked lighter when I was at the salon but turned into pewter/greenish/silver color afterwards. Also, I think they can do better with the foot/leg massage. I barely felt it! I got the Olive pedicure treatment package that comes with a 10 min massage. That’s my favorite part so I was disappointed. See pictures below. Left is my hand and right was the one I wanted.

Dylan G: I got my nails done here yesterday and i asked for a new set. the nail tech told me no and said i only needed a fill. i asked again a few more times and she said it would take too long. less than 24 hours later my nail broke, i have a desk job. i am not heavy handed. 2 more nails are about to break. Nail techs cut me both on my pedicure and manicure fill i spent over $130.

Jewel Hediger: I went to nail galleria to get my nails done for a wedding. I went in with the intention of getting a mani and pedi with normal nail polish, totaling $55 before tip. The owner agreed but then pushed me to get gel for both my hands and toes, since it seemed she would not accept me getting normal nail polish. This brought my cost to $85 before tip. Then, the next day, my nail polish on my hands started to peel off. Within 24 hours, I had lost all of my gel nail polish on my hands. I called to explain the situation and politely asked for a refund for my manicure. She refused to give a refund but told me I could come back and they would fix it for me. When I went back, they ended up giving me a shorter manicure treatment and painted my nails with normal nail polish. I thought this was “the refund”, but then, once it was done, they said I had to pay $20 again for this treatment. $20 is the normal amount they charge for manicures. They gave me no refund or even a discount for the poor service they provided originally. While the workers were nice, the entire time, I felt the owner was trying to get more money out of me. I ended up paying $105 plus tip, instead of $55 plus tip, even though it caused me much more trouble. This place is a rip off.

Isabella Jay: This is my second time with Kriss! She is so nice and very professional. I was looking for a Russian manicure and I love how my nails come out every time. There is so much attention to detail and she took care with the scab I had on my thumb from cutting myself. She is fast and does quality work, it’s worth every penny! I also told her I play piano so she made sure I was comfortable with the length as well. Thank you!
