Gracey Lau: Rina cut my boyfriends hair way too short, she basically gave him microbangs when he wanted it lower than his eyebrow and blamed him for it. All he asked for his bangs. She said that no one would cut exactly how he wanted, when it was a simple cut. Unprofessional.

The environment is just so positive, theyre all so considerate on how you would want your hair and even give feedback if you ask. Although Im not very chatty and usually quiet, even I find myself comfortably having a conversation with the people here. The prices are also super reasonable, they seem to be pretty knowledgeable on the variety of techniques/styles, and when they finish they pat any hair residue off the skin and I leave feeling clean. All the staff are amazing, would strongly recommend this place
