She has a very easy touch & is very concerned about giving clients a great experience which I received..My nails/toenails were damaged last year by another chop shop salon. Karen gave me some great tips & theyre on the road to recovery..Im definitely going back. Cant wait to see my nails healthy & have Karen work her creative magic & make my nails look amazing. Its been a week since I was there & my nails are still glossy & silky.

They treat your animals with compassion. The owner Lori is very understanding if your pet has issues of any kind. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable that your leaving your baby in good hands ... Her prices are the best in lake county..... And her staff are just as caring as she is. michael hoisington: Discriminative. I used to spend every penny in the burns Valley shopping Mall especially at Safeway. But thats when it was safe there to shop which was before all the assaults in the murders. Then came to upgrades and Starbucks and along with that came this bias negative attitude towards the lesser folks who were drawn there because Safeway used to be the safe place to shop and its the main shopping center in the mall. Now it seems as if they disregard their employee code of conduct in order to regard the clpd as their bosses when I thought Safeway was the boss of the bosses not the Consigliars to the local pig farm. HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS SO IF WERE HOMELESS THAT MAKES THE REST OF YOU HEARTLESS

Jordan DeSIlva: Omg I am so happy i found this place. Moved to HVL a few months ago and have been trying new places after going to the same place in sonoma county for 10 years. You walk in and the shop is obviously incredibly clean which is huge for me. Van, who did my nails, was so kind and detail oriented. I brought my neice who got a pedicure from the man who also did an amazing job, but Van was thee best. As a busy mom i often have to bring my son along and she was so kind as he kicked her in his stroller and played his shows too loud. Talking about her kids being loud and making me feel so relaxed. People, her foot massage was a 20/10 and my gel pedicure was perfect. Great clean welcoming true to the community shop. I will gladly spend all my money here. Thank you Van! So glad to find my new nail shop so close to home.
