Burns Valley Mall - Clearlake (CA)

1 /5 michael hoisington: Discriminative. I used to spend every penny in the burns Valley shopping Mall especially at Safeway. But thats when it was safe there to shop which was before all the assaults in the murders. Then came to upgrades and Starbucks and along with that came this bias negative attitude towards the lesser folks who were drawn there because Safeway used to be the safe place to shop and its the main shopping center in the mall. Now it seems as if they disregard their employee code of conduct in order to regard the clpd as their bosses when I thought Safeway was the boss of the bosses not the Consigliars to the local pig farm. HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS SO IF WERE HOMELESS THAT MAKES THE REST OF YOU HEARTLESS

4 /5 Lora Houweling: Very nice inside the store, wide aisles for carts. Their flowers and arrangments are one of the best I have seen and I have been in several Safeways over the years. On average the employees are helpful and good spirited. The parking lot is a disaster. It needs a great deal of help, it is the worst parking lot for a major store like Safeway. The Corporation for Safeway should be ashamed for ignoring such an issue.

5 /5 Rob Tulman: Easy access. Never too much traffic compared to what I had to deal with in LA. Stonefire pizza is awesome and the staff are genuinely great. Safeway has everything I need and the staff are amazing. Real down to earth and easy vibe. Pizza, market, good vibe. What else do you need?

3 /5 Karen Raymer: I love that we have a mall with so many options. I dont love the parking. There seems like theres a lot of parking, but there never seems to be because the number of businesses and people that are going there out number the parking space. Maybe Im always going at the wrong time? I dont feel safe like I did years ago when Im there. It feels chaotic and dirty.

3 /5 matt askim: I only go there to shop at Safeway, and I have a "rewards card" that makes me think Im saving money. The store has closed its west entry, so if you park on that end, youve got a longer walk to the only entrance. Hows about moving those "reserved for online shopper" parking spots over to that end, so your Real shoppers dont have to walk so far? And what happened to the recycling bins that were out front? Cmon! I stopped shopping at the BV Grocery Outlet when the new one opened at Hidden Valley. Much cleaner store and parking lot, and no riff raff. Yet.
