From the moment I first stepped through the doors, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth, belonging, and genuine community. Everyone here is so welcoming, and there’s such a strong sense of faith and fellowship that makes attending mass an incredibly uplifting experience. One of the biggest reasons I look forward to coming every week is Father Michael. His homilies are nothing short of amazing—he has a way of weaving humor, wisdom, and real-life lessons into his sermons that keeps me engaged from start to finish. He makes mass not only spiritually enriching but also genuinely enjoyable, bringing the message to life in a way that resonates deeply. Beyond the inspiring services, I’ve come to love the strong sense of community within the church. The people here are so kind and supportive, and I’ve had the opportunity to form meaningful connections that have strengthened my faith even more. Whether it’s through mass, community events, or simply conversations after service, this church has provided me with a sense of belonging that I truly cherish. I’m so grateful to have found this place and couldn’t recommend it more to anyone looking for a welcoming and faith-filled community.

5 /5 Juan Luis Gutierrez: 5 ⭐s. In my quest to attend mass in all the San Diego County Catholic Churches, I attended St. Pius X Sundays Spanish mass. We were welcomed and ask to participate from the minute we walked in with the offerings. They also have Knights of Colombus serving here. Plenty of parking and a large hall for celebrations. Wheelchair ♿ access. So far, in my quest, THE BEST. Thanks Father Ernesto Torres.

5 /5 Jake Carlos: This is the best church I’ve been to in my entire lifetime. Father Michael is the best priest I’ve ever met, and super funny too. He is the one single priest that has made me cry during one of his homilies, and all of his homilies are heartfelt and funny. There is also a huge presence from the Knights of Columbus in this church and a strong sense of community. Truly an unforgettable experience for not your eyes, or your posts, but for your mind, heart, and soul attending a mass here.

5 /5 Joyce Ault: My childhood parish since the early 60s (Caspers Family). I live out of state now and attended mass there last year. St. Pius X will always have a special place in my heart. Recently viewed pictures of the new renovation/paint job. Looks breathtaking! Great job!
