2 /5 Helga Ku: So messy, I don’t know if I can walk around with such hands. It was dark inside so the color I choose ended up being much brighter in the natural light almost neon orange. I went for red. My cuticles needed a lot of trimming. I ended up with gel on my cuticles and all around on the skin at the end. I was rushing for dinner and wasn’t able to return after seeing my hands in the day light. Altogether very expensive and very mediocre job. I’d like a refund. I wouldn’t come back.

2 /5 Meredith Knowles: Friendly enough but messy manicure. Shaping was good; polish was very sloppy. I chose a light color and it was dark inside so I didn’t realize at first. Went outside in the natural light and was really shocked how bad it was. It’d be bad for any price, but it’s double disappointing given how high the price was.

3 /5 Samantha Crain: I want to start by saying the Massages and facials here are wonderful!!! However the pedicures leave a lot to be desired. They barely scrub your callouses if you have them, they actually charge extra for that. Which is just crazy to me because thats one of the main reasons why I get pedicure is to have my callouses scrubbed. And the choice of nail polish is absolutely terrible as well. I understand theyre a health conscious spa, and so they offer polishes that are good for you and the environment, but the quality of the nail polish is so so awful. Very stripey and sheer and It looks like a 3 year old painted your toes. Also not a lot of variety in the colors to choose from. I really wish they had better polishes. For the prices they charge they ought to have a better selection. I do love their massages and facials here though so I do return for those, but its very unfortunate the pedicure experience isnt up to par. A lot of times Ill book a pedicure elsewhere if I want/need one bad enough because thats how much I dislike the pedicures here. Its quite unfortunate. Im the type of person that likes a one stop shop type of place and not to be driving all over, so its deterred me from coming here because of that. IMO the prices are not worth the pedicures there. They do a good job on the pedicures in every other aspect except for the callous scrub and the polish itself, but those are two of the most important parts of a pedicure in my opinion.
