Genevieve Dastrup: Decided to go since this place is under new management now & everything seemed good at first I got offered water while I waited but once they sat me down the guy doing my nails left halfway to taking my old acrylics off & started doing a lady’s pedi. He then comes back to bring me a plastic bag filled with nail polish remover and a cotton ball and proceeds to tell me to take my nails off myself while he does the lady’s pedi..after an hour of soaking my hands and scrubbing them in the bag with remover I decided I was just going to leave but another worker saw me get up and called me over to finish what the first guy had started. Not returning. & yes my hands were dry & peeling from soaking in the nail polish remover.

Over the years, I’ve encountered some staff members who have not been particularly friendly or attentive. There have been instances where I felt they were trying to take advantage of me by overcharging me. However, during my latest visit, I had the pleasure of being attended to by a wonderful lady who completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly sweet and understanding throughout the entire process. Even though she accidentally cut me and made me bleed a little, her genuine apology showed that she truly cared about my comfort and satisfaction. Despite the minor mishap, the outcome was fantastic! My nails turned out beautifully, Because of this positive experience, I will definitely be asking for her specifically on my next visit!

grace ok: Loved coming here for the first time. Was greeted by the host with a nice smile. She was so friendly. Amy was my nail tech. Amy was so kind and helpful. She helped me choose this wonderful burgundy color for the Fall. It was busy on a Saturday but really loved my visit here. For Gel Dip with extensions it was $62. Loved!
