5 /5 Brielle Montalvo: Iโve been a loyal customer at this nail salon for years, and while Iโve had my share of ups and downs, I feel itโs important to share my recent experience. Over the years, Iโve encountered some staff members who have not been particularly friendly or attentive. There have been instances where I felt they were trying to take advantage of me by overcharging me. However, during my latest visit, I had the pleasure of being attended to by a wonderful lady who completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly sweet and understanding throughout the entire process. Even though she accidentally cut me and made me bleed a little, her genuine apology showed that she truly cared about my comfort and satisfaction. Despite the minor mishap, the outcome was fantastic! My nails turned out beautifully, Because of this positive experience, I will definitely be asking for her specifically on my next visit!
