They said they ran the car through the machine and that it didn’t pass due to spacers.We were asked to get it fix run the car and go back. Come to find out they never ran the car through the machine it was just a inspection and Felt that the car wouldn’t pass. When we went to fix the “issue” and we ran the car they said that they knew it wouldn’t pass to take it somewhere else.The car has passed smog before and there was no check engine light on what so ever. come to find out they just didn’t want to do the job. Instead of being upfront they just wanted to get our money and lie.

Martin Henderson: Brought it in for a door repair through insurance claim. I asked if they could fill the AC gas as the car was probably out of AC gas because it was year 2009 model. When I picked up the car they said that they checked the pressure of the AC gas and that it was fine. They pressed me into spending $ for a scan saying that summer was close and it’ll get hot. Well now it happens that I just had it checked 3 months later somewhere else and all it needed was some AC gas. There were no leaks or problems, just needed what I asked. I’m giving 3 starts because the door was nicely fixed and service was good. Just wished they were honest about the AC and not have me try to spend more money, or maybe just be honest upfront and say “I need to scan it before I tell you if it needs gas or not”.

Kana: I just went there to get my car smog and it didn’t pass here’s what they said it was because my cold air intake was for a 2015 3.5 V6 not a what they said my car has a 3.7 V6 which is a lie my car is a 2017 3.5 V6 there is no such thing as a 3.7 V6 I’ve taken it to smog before and it’s pasted. If you don’t have the certification for cold air intakes just say so don’t lie just to get paid

They called promptly when they opened up to follow up on the issues. Stellar communication and customer service from both Alexandra and Roman. They not only replaced my oil drain plug, but they also identified some other things in my car they were able to fix very quickly. When I went to pick up my car, they were patient to answer all my questions related to the condition of my car, what may have caused the plug to fall out, and showing me the cracked serpentine belt that needed replacing. I highly recommend this place if you need you car getting looked at! They also have AAA discount :)

They completely botched a routine service and not only broke my mass air filter sensor but they didnt tighten my brake caliper so my front brake was FALLING OFF. I am BEYOND upset as this ruined my vacation and I had to fix my car BOTH TIMES I brought it in!!! This place absolutely sucks and I would never recommend bringing your car here!!!

He was also very upfront about the costs, and when parts were cheaper than expected, he was upfront about that too, and he charged me less. Super honest guy. He taught me a bit about car exhaust systems and walked me through the problem and the fix. Hes incredibly knowledgeable. Steve also referred me to a great locksmith who cut me a spare key for 1/4 the price of the dealership. Righettis will save you money and provide excellent service!

I wasnt sure if I needed new brakes. So instead of just putting on new brakes, they took the tires off and showed me I didnt NEED them just yet! They said they were low, but I had a few more miles on my brakes and only rotated my tires as requested. Since its the holidays, money is tight, and this significantly helped my budgets for the month. Im 100% coming back!
