Never had this kind of bitter experience before ever. It’s sad that the owner, SHOBANA, forgot the basic principle of any business. She was rude and disrespectful with me and her own employees.
She deliberately made me wait for 20 mins just for upper lip and chin threading work because I had requested Raman, her best employees service.
Shobana was hesitant to make me an appointment with Raman when I asked, and she said whoever is available will take care of me at the appointment time of 5 pm. I agreed and went to the parlor 6 to 7 mins earlier than my appointment time. After waiting for 15 minutes, Raman got done with her previous assignment and was free to do my threading she asked me to sit on the service chair.
Shobanas ego was hurt. She reprimanded her employee and talked down to me. Accusing me of talking to the employee behind her back, etc. and saying my appointment time was wrong, despite having the proof of my appointment time. Saying I should wait longer cause I came in early. This was after I had already been denied a walk-in service a few days earlier. I was told to come back after 45 min, and then they refused to take me in. This also she mentioned while degrading her employee and myself. All this drama only for upperlip threading.
I would never go to her salon again and would give business to her.
