5 /5 Salas Json “J-Gante”: We absolutely love this play yard, park area food our 3 year old daughter. It is completely fenced in, has injury free flooring and the bathrooms are well kept. Networking with the other parents was and is awesome to do! To let your child make friends and enjoy the ample space to roam is great for the kids. We usually take snacks and water for the kids. Its never a dull moment when here, laughter and smiles are in abundance!

5 /5 nathan moulton: Lots of Ground Squirrels at Sherwood Park digging up a million holes everywhere you look. Im feeding them bread and peanuts in the pictures. In the cold weather they hide in their tunnels in the warm weather they are eveywhere running all around the the Park. The Park has a restroom with privacy doors thats in good condition (the dorks who work for the Park close the bathroom a little after 6pm in the summer) The homeless are here but no tent city like before in previous posts from years ago. They have a playground and at the other end is Tatums Garden another playground. If your nose is sensitive dont come here the Squirrel holes reek from the Squirrels(God Bless them though)living in their filth(bathroom mess)Also connected is a HUGE heated indoor swimming pool that costs money to use) When the next door neighbor the very popular Salinas Rodeo is hosting a huge event in its stadium most of the parking lots for the park are then reserved for the Rodeo this also sometimes causes Tatums Garden and sometimes the heated indoor pool to close for some of those days unfortunately. There is also 6 tennis courts I took pictures of 6 signs around the tennis courts. The sign says no dogs although I doubt that anybody really cares what the silly sign says

5 /5 Jennifer Evans: Sherwood is the most amazing kids park Ive seen for free. It is accessible for kids of all abilities and it was built with care and love. When you visit, you cant help but notice how many people donated to bring this project to life. Wow!

5 /5 P Largo: ABBEY PARK is a specially designed park for children in wheelchairs and with other handicaps. And it has got to be thee most well designed super functional little big park Ive ever seen! Im a designer myself so i know a good design! i really checked the park out and Ill tell you I was blown away! DO NOT let other reviews sway you away from the most creative mind simulating park to take your little ones to! unless its another park like this! DO NOT hesitate for one second, your little ones brains are going to be a buzz with so much to see and do! I went with my son and his two "my" babies ny Grandbabies around 2pm midday i found it to be safer then any other park ive been to and cleaner than any other park ive ever been to! So? What are you waiting for?

Delilah Brunke: This definitely is NOT a swimming beach, but the wildlife and view of a more tumultuous coast is pretty darn cool. The sandy path to the beach is a jaunt, especially for kids, and the fact that some people bring horses and other animals and dont clean up after them ON the path isnt great. But its worth a visit to sit and see the ocean.

Robert Chubb: A nice beach to take young children, there is a wading area at the Carmel River. You can join them or easily watch the kids. There is also a walking trail that takes you along the bay and you can see many picturesque beaches.

Gary: Beautiful beach. Clean and clear water. Beach is dog friendly with plenty of room for the kids and dogs to run around. This is now one of my favorite beaches.
