Jackson Medical Group - Goleta Jocelyn Diaz: Jackson Medical Group has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years, but I’ll be finding a new one after this experience. After waiting two months for an appointment, they canceled the day before without any proper explanation. The front desk staff is dismissive and unprofessional. The service has gone steadily downhill, and it’s not worth the hassle anymore. The healthcare industry, in general, is crap—they don’t value their patients or their health, so I’ll be looking for a new provider.
