A womans name with an S in the middle and a Lee on the end, impossible to distinguish or even get her to repeat her name. I have great hearing. Its not a hearing problem, its a 10x the speed like the end of an ad on the radio giving the disclaimers faster than any human ear could grasp what is being said. Yikes. Hoping the MDs and cancer care is better than the staff person who is their first connection to a newcomer. Their hiring department hired a bad person for that job.
