I am really picky about my hair as I take great care of it. Ive been to several different salons and it seems nobody can get the cut right like I want it. Alyssa did a fantastic job and got it perfect. I will be going back and will request her. By the way, today was my first time at the salon.
Sola Salon Studios - Temecula alison mckee: While Kariella is a very friendly and extroverted person, I was less than pleased with my hair. Kariella did olaplex conditioning treatment. Likes and dislikes. Most specifically was my request for bright blonde highlights and absolutely no ash tones. My hair is a very flat brown color/tone now. When I brought this to Kariellas attention. She defended her work but never once asked when i could come back in to fix. Even with Groupon discount, my hair cost $250. All Keriella had to do was apologize and tell me she can fix it. Not a single offer for any repairs. She insists that my hair is a bright blonde as is humanly possible. The comparison pics.....my finished hair is on the left. The other is my aspire to picture. There arent any similarities in the highlights from one pic to the next. If you wear a darker shaded color Kariella will probably do a decent job on your hair. If you want bright blonde anything ..... double check that your aspire to picture is within the range that Kariella is willing to dye/bleach your hair. I was very detailed about my wants/dislikes. Kariella opted to ignore what I wanted and style my hair to her liking. Where are bright blonde highlights? Why did she frame my face with darker brown lowlights? Its mindboggling She doesnt guarantee her work either.

On 3/22/24 I paid $650 for human hair flat weft hair extensions , baby highlights , and a Brazilian blow out. The highlights and blow out were done in the wrong order resulting in hair loss and scalp redness. ( I came in with virgin hair about chin length )
The extensions were used synthetic “practice hair.” She attempted to “ fix it “ with tape in extensions which I stated during the consultation I did not want. During the consultation she quoted me for 1 tier below her genius weft to fit my budget. But never mentioned the hair was used or synthetic. After not being able to successfully fix the problem of placement. She then said the problem was my hair was the Brazilian blow out my hair wasn’t laying right and then the 2nd time was because my hair was too short.
She recommended that I get a Brazilian blow out because it would blend better. I did not even request it. As well as before anything was started / done she reviewed my hair texture and length. But because the hair extensions looked awful she decided to blame me. Even mentioned I didn’t wash my hair properly. I washed my hair the next day and the water was brown and the hair extensions smelt foul. ( prior to having extensions my hair wash routine was every 2-3 days depending on my level of activity and oil production )
After going back and forth and letting her know I was unhappy and the problem was not fixed. She said she would buy back the extensions and see what she could do and I mentioned before even coming back into the salon that to just refund me for the hair which was around $450. After taking out the hair extensions she offered me $150, as my hair is falling out in front of her. She said “ oh that’s normal shedding from hair extensions “ I’ve had extensions many times before and the amount was not normal. I told her $150 isn’t even close to what I have paid or even gone through emotionally with dealing with her as stylist.
I left , and called the owner. Every stylist at arrow beauty collective is independent. And the salon it self does not back their stylist or their product.
I never received any form of refund. She kept the hair extensions. And Candice Garcia is very hostile when it comes to owning a mistake.
Be very careful about going to this salon. I’m sure the other stylists are better , but if they mess up, you as the client have to pay the price. And I payed $650 to shave my head from irritation and hair loss.
Hair By Pri - Temecula Jennifer Freitas: Pri’s service always been an amazing experience! She takes her time doing a beautiful job, make you feel petty and always welcoming. She has such love for doing hair and I always enjoy going to her for my hair! Every time I get my hair done, I get compliments and ask who my hair stylist is.
Pri is a very talented hair stylist. She makes you feel safe and always make you wanna be there. You won’t be disappointed! :)

Alondra helped me with my haircolor, styling and haircut. Its my second time going there and i dont mind the 40 min drive because i promise you its worth it! I 1000% recommend ALONDRA she educates you on your hair and did an amazing job!!!
Lux Lox Salon - Temecula Megan Handler: EDIT: Donnie, the salon owner, contacted me immediately via email. He not only refunded the service (which was totally unnecessary but appreciated), but offered me a future visit with another tech. He also updated the information on the website to reflect the duration of time and effort for Laura’s services. While my nails may not have come out the way I wanted, the salon handled it wonderfully and I will certainly be back to give it another chance.
New to the area and found the salon online, with no rec for someone specific to see. Got an acrylic fill with Laura. The fill was fine, but slow. I asked for a french manicure and the painting was bad. The white is all uneven and while it was clear she was trying, she just wasnt good at painting on tips. I would probably go back for a solid polish, but it also shouldnt take 1.5 hours for a fill.
Thomas Edward Salon & Dry Bar - Temecula A Muñoz: The women at Thomas Edward Salon are so sweet and welcoming. Michelle did such an incredible job with my hair for my wedding! She nailed the exact look I was going for and made sure I felt comfortable in the hairstyle - it held up all evening! They also did two of my bridesmaids hair and they both looked gorgeous!
