4 /5 Megan Handler: EDIT: Donnie, the salon owner, contacted me immediately via email. He not only refunded the service (which was totally unnecessary but appreciated), but offered me a future visit with another tech. He also updated the information on the website to reflect the duration of time and effort for Laura’s services. While my nails may not have come out the way I wanted, the salon handled it wonderfully and I will certainly be back to give it another chance.
New to the area and found the salon online, with no rec for someone specific to see. Got an acrylic fill with Laura. The fill was fine, but slow. I asked for a french manicure and the painting was bad. The white is all uneven and while it was clear she was trying, she just wasnt good at painting on tips. I would probably go back for a solid polish, but it also shouldnt take 1.5 hours for a fill.
