The check-in process was easy and Ellie arrived on time for our appointment. We booked last minute and I was glad we were able to be seen same-day. The salon was chic and stylish; my daughter got to wear a cartoon-themed drape and enjoyed the soft seat.
Ellie made our daughters hair look moisturized and layered her curls so that it wasnt heavy at the bottom. Our toddler was comfortable and super happy for the rest of the day! And so were we. Will definitely come back here for ourselves as well.

Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m going to leave feeling confident and loving my hair. She truly listen to what I want and offer great suggestions based on my hair type and lifestyle. The attention to detail, skill, and care she puts into her work is unmatched. Plus, her friendly and welcoming personality makes the whole experience enjoyable!
Mood on 10th Salon - Tracy Amrit Kaur: Worst Salon Experience Ever – Save Yourself and Your Hair!
I cant even begin to express how disastrous my visit to this salon was. I went in for a simple blowout and a trim to achieve a V-shape—something I thought would be straightforward—but it ended up being a complete nightmare.
From the start, my stylist, Hailey, butchered my hair with uneven chops and sloppy cuts. Her technique was terrible—starting with a rushed blowout and poorly sectioned hair. After a botched attempt, I was handed off to Latoya, who somehow made things even worse. Instead of helping me achieve the look I wanted, my hair ended up uneven, lifeless, and nothing like the polished style I requested.
When I pointed out the disaster, instead of owning up to their mistakes, they tried to gaslight me, insisting that my hair looked fine. I was told the cut was "exactly what I asked for," which was not true at all. They waived the fee, but that didn’t make up for the fact that I was treated poorly and disrespected. There was zero accountability for leaving my hair in such a state.
To make matters worse, Latoya started cutting without even confirming the style with me, making everything worse. I didn’t ask for a shorter cut, yet that’s exactly what I got.
This salon has no regard for its clients or their time. They tried to justify their mistakes by waiving the fee, but I’m left feeling embarrassed, unsatisfied, and wrong for not speaking up more. This was a Christmas gift to myself, and it turned into a total disappointment.
If you value your hair and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. They couldn’t even get a simple haircut right, and their customer service was appalling. I will never return.

Coco’s Hair Studio - Tracy manisha basra: My experience was very good with her the way she cut my hair was awesome. After long time finally I found the best hairstylist who knows what to do how to do correctly. She is very calm, sweet person and she cut the hand in very details. Thank you sooo much for cutting my hair. I am so happy my hair looks so good. I will definitely recommend her to everyone to see her.
Victorias Hair Styles - Tracy Adolfo Garcia: Very lovely, always a good conversation and a quality haircut you cant beat for the price. Appointments are very simple to set up, though response time depends on the time of day.
Tresses - Tracy Elysa Rojas: Elise is truly a Hair Artist! Love how she transforms my hair!
It was such a treat to see her upon reopening. I am very thankful that she wore a mask and took extra precautions to maintain a safe environment.
I highly recommend, Elise, shes talented, kind, and professional.

Everyone looks great walking out, feeling beautiful. A big thank you to Lisa Bates who makes me look good. Not a easy task by the way. When you look good, you feel good. Blessings
Noemi & Bell salon and spa - Tracy Melany Solian: So happy with my service ! I had Serenity as my stylist and she did amazing especially for how much hair i have. Would definitely recommend to anyone she herd all of my concerns and answered them all. Will definitely book again with her. She’s amazing!
Hair Trends - Tracy Luis V: The price is cheap at $25, dont expect a barbershop style fade. Feels like rough fade, slightly un-even on sides and back way to low, looks weird. Had to go pay a barbershop to try and fix after. If you looking for average whatever haircut its OK. Not the medium fade with comb over style I was expecting. Suggest to pay the extra at Barbershop. Lesson learned for places here in Tracy. The top came out ok hence the 2 stars
Genesis - Tracy thelma umana: I took my mom to get her hair done for her birthday. The lady who did my moms hair, Perla, was amazing, my mom has a lot of hair and she did an awesome job, really spend time with her and her customer service was outstanding!
