5 /5 Phillip Enright: Dr Lees practice is one of the last (if not the only) true bastions of service excellence delivery. Prior to my walking in off the street with my tooth which had broken free of my plate, I walked into 6 of the other practices in the immediate area.
All the other practices told me my problem would require a consultation and the plate and tooth would need to be sent to a dental laboratory to be fixed - it would take at least a few days. I respectfully told them Id had this plate and tooth for 48 years, and this had happened 3 times before; so I knew it could be fixed on the spot. None was interested in helping.
Dr Lees senior receptionist understood my need immediately, never insulted my intelligence with the revenue-generating nonsense of the other practices, and fitted me in at the first opportunity. The fit of my tooth on my denture, and its fit in my mouth, is the best its ever been.
I was magnificently treated with great skill, in and out the door with the new dental service provider I need, being new in the area. This practice deserves to flourish while the rest deserve to starve!
Dr Lee teaches at UCSF, so his knowledge base is obviously entirely current.
To make it all the more joyous experience, he and his staff are truly lovely, caring people.
