Stacy Moffett All office staff were kind, professional & helpful. Nora was very sweet & compassionate on the phone. She problem solved to get me an urgent appt, which I greatly appreciated. During my appt. (for an extraction & graft), all numbing/sedation options were explained to me in detail with quotes to help me decide. Dr. Fries displayed good bedside manner. He was kind, compassionate & made the whole experience quick & painless. I would definitely recommend his office for any type of specialty dentistry needs you might have.

Aeemun Shafique I was referred by Dr. Couch. Had my lower wisdom teeth removed 3 days ago and it was a super quick and painless procedure. Both assistant and Doctor Jensen made sure I was comfortable. I was well taken care of throughout the procedure and I am healing just fine! Day 3 Post OP, no swelling, no pain, minimal soreness. Thank you guys !

Amy D I had a root canal done by Dr. Mehrabian and his assistant Jayme, they were wonderful. During the whole procedure they both made sure I was comfortable. I also appreciate Dr. Mehrabian taking the time to explain everything during the procedure, it really put me at ease. The root canal was mostly painless and they gave very detailed aftercare instructions. Would definitely recommend this this office

Anna Major Went in for a tooth extraction, but there werent enough dentists available to accomodate the number of patients. The supporting staff were very nice and expedient in their roles. I was scheduled for 11:30am. At 1:30pm, I had to be rescheduled another day for the extraction because my husband had a pending appointment at 2:00. Can there be a more realistic number of patients scheduled that day according to number of dentists/ specialists on site that day? This is not a complaint, just an observation. This was my 2nd visit to Western Dental. I like to recommend it when theres not the excessive waiting period. The 1st time I waited alot longer.

Viva La naaae The doctor and one assistant was great. One assistant didn’t even greet me as I walked in and continued her conversation with the other assistant about her daughter’s prom dress . The younger assistant had to cut her off to greet me and make sure I was comfortable. She put my IV in and that’s the only thing she said. Didn’t communicate that she was taking blood or anything. Then she was throwing cloths and stuff on my chest as she was setting up. She had horrible bed side manner for someone to be assisting with wisdom teeth removal. Like I said doctor and the younger assistant were very nice and polite. Moises and the front desk girl who checked me were also very nice and professional. That assistant was horrible.

Madison Don’t come here if you don’t have all day. Made an appointment for 3, get there at 2:47, get brought to the back 10 minutes after check in and then literally sat there for over an hour and not even have been talked to or had a sign at all that I would be worked on soon. I’m writing this from the office it’s literally 4 now. Why bring a patient back an hour and more before you’re ready? At least in waiting room I can go outside and walk around.

Kevin Sanchez If I could leave a zero, best believe I would. Please, if you value your time skip out on this office. There is absolutely no sense of urgency to get patients in and out. You will walk in, wait for an hour and see how fresh arrivals are being called in before you. No one checks in to update you on anything and just have no sense of professionalism.

T F I’ve been to this dental clinic twice now, and both visits were unbelievably frustrating. The first time was just to get set up as a new patient, and I ended up waiting over an hour and 45 minutes past my appointment time before anyone saw me. when taken back, I was seated in a chair where I could literally hear the dentist chatting with the manager about non-clinic-related things for a full 30 minutes before he even acknowledged me. I was shocked to find out he was my dentist—there was absolutely no sense of urgency or professionalism. It gets worse. I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth removal and took time off work (not to mention had someone else take time off to drive me), only to show up and be told “Oops, we don’t have a surgeon or doctors here today who can do it.” Are you kidding me? I even called the clinic twice beforehand to confirm the appointment and the surgery. Not only did they say I wasn’t scheduled, but they also seemed completely unbothered by the inconvenience and stress they caused. The manager, Christina Gomez, is also not helpful or friendly in the slightest. Zero accountability, zero empathy. This place is a disorganized, unprofessional mess, and frankly, it feels like they’re just wasting taxpayer dollars as they take so many medi-cal patients. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Lindy Baca My appointment is months away. Í legally and responsibility ask for prescriptions for my pain including antibiotic and Tylenol 3 which Dr approves. Now it is regular Tylenol and Ibuprofen. I have been the taking those already obviously or I wouldnt have needed the Tylenol.3. I have to wait months for a root canal and am suffering. The Tylenol 3 barely helps but it does better than the regular stuff. Im being treated as a drug seeker. I could easily go buy stuff from a drug dealer but asked my Dr for help!! Also had to wait over a week just to get the wrong script even called in.also the staff is so very mean and rude. The Dr is kind...but staff thinks they are better than you. I hope they feel the pain I feel. Ive had 3 natural births n rather have that then teeth pain. Thanks a lot for not doing what you said Dr kashun

G M Very unprofessional at the counter to make appointments after being seen they treat you like your invisible. 3 people working reception with no 1 ahead of me they all 3 didnt want to help. Need training in being sensitive to people have work done not treat it like a patient is bothering them

Leticia Tarango The receptionists were attentive and pleasant. I was taken back quicker than I anticipated, which was nice. I did wait in a room for about 15 minutes before being seen. Not an issue, I know they move around and have several patients to attend to. The assistant engaged in conversation, which I appreciated. Its calming. The doctor was pleasant and LISTENED to my concerns and answered my questions with patience. She was thorough with the procedure and checked an issue with one of my other teeth. She eased my concern. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.

Jessica I had not been to a dentist in a long, long time and i was really nervous about it. I called ahead and reception was so kind and walked me through what my first appointment would be like and what to expect. When i arrived everyone was really, really nice and explained everything to me before doing anything. Each person who works in the office is WONDERFUL! I also loved that is clearly a women owned businesses! My wedding is just a few months away and with the help of this office i’m now more excited then ever for it! Highly recommended!!

I must say that I am incredibly thankful I found this place! I am very pleased with their services. The office is very clean, and the staff have been nothing but nice and welcoming to me. Most importantly, they were knowledgeable and professional. I had high blood pressure when I first visited my cleaning and they made sure of it that I was healthy and feeling well first before I had my first cleaning. They made me feel like I was at home and if I were feeling stressed, they would see to it that I was comfortable and relaxed. I think I found my dentist and hopefully will stay here for a long time. I am definitely returning, and would highly recommend Capitol City Dental!

Scarlet Brock Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental. As soon as I walked through the door I felt welcomed. Ive never felt like that at a dental office. Everyone was so friendly and the dental hygienist was very, very good at explaining the procedure to me. The even coolest part of the whole thing is that I am on a tight time line and I will have my new teeth within a week. Im so excited. Thanks for making me feel comfortable. I look forward to seeing my new smile.

They are already getting me in and I thought it would be at least a couple of months nope right in 2 days Dentist couldnt be more engaging. Very happy with my choice.

Irina Vlasov My child broke his front tooth with a freak accident 7 years ago, Dr. Patel put a filling on it that lasted up to my son turning 17 years of age. When the filling came off with a new accident he was upset, embarrassed and scared of getting a more permanent fix. As you can see for yourself the work is flawless. We couldnt be happier and youd never guess that his front teeth are not his own! Id recommend this doctor over and over again! Exceptional work Dr. Patel and staff! And cost efficient.

Garret Spenst Went in for a routine cleaning and was left in the chair waiting for someone for over half an hour. Turned out that they had changed who my dentist was without informing me and forgot I was even in the chair waiting for a cleaning. The previous time I went, I had two fillings and a cleaning done and was on different insurance. Over a year after that procedure, they filed a claim with a different insurance company which was denied due to time constraints on claims. They now want me to pay for it even though it was their mistake for delaying the billing. They do not hold responsibility for any of their actions and customer care comes second to their own wants.

Kealia They were quick fast and very friendly. Doctor was very patient and explained the whole process before and after they definitely care about there patients. It was an honor to have him do my root canal. Definitely was scared at first but the staff and Doctor make you feel very comfortable.

Stephanie Goodner I’ve been going to Pro Dental Group for over 10 years. In fact, it’s the only place I feel comfortable and have changed insurances in order to make sure I can keep my doctors. I’ve had various issues including cavities, root canals, teeth grinding and gum issues. Pro Dental has always treated me with respect and kindness, and their doctors make sure to keep any discomfort to a minimum. I went today and Cindy gave me some great tips and samples to help me floss my super sensitive front teeth. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I can’t recommend them enough!

Phil Enright Dr Lee is the most caring professional in an industry in which there arent too many left. When in an emergency situation, he has always made himself available. His expertise and knowledge is unsurpassed. As another patient commented, he puts the patients physical and financial well-being ahead of his bank account; something you wont find in corporate practices - our daughter who has just started in the profession has told us of her fellow graduates in corporate practices where they are forced into such unethical overtreatment of patients.

Virginia Flake First time with Dr Lee, I was very impressed! First I didn’t have does uncomfortable slides put in my mouth for X-rays. Then the consult with Dr Lee was not rushed. And the hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend.

arcticblue ice So my temporary crown popped off on a Friday night and I had a minor freak out thinking, my dentist does not open until Tuesday what will I do until then? I started looking up Dentists who are open on Saturday and found a few. After no luck with the first two, I just showed up at Dr. Phams office and asked if she could help me. We talked for a few minutes and then she worked me in her very busy schedule. She charged a very, very, very small amount to put the temp back on and it feels great. I love this Dentist, she is very knowledgeable, Professional, modest, soft spoken, talented and she even took the time to show me why the first crown broke and the issues with my bite. I will be going back to her for a cleaning next month. This awful event had a happy ending. I just found myself a new dentist who is not a gold digger and cares about you and your teeth. What a lovely Doctor she is!
