Daniel R. Hersh, MD - Napa moni muth: Kept telling him i was in pain for 2 days straight. He said im fine , it was normal ... lost my baby the next day . He didnt seem to care , didnt say sorry. . He showed up to the ER 20mins right before they released me the next day. I was more then half way through my pregnancy. Then kept getting calls the day after i left the ER about how i owe already for my visits. Multiple calls everyday . Worst experience
Emergency Room - Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital - Grass Valley Audrey Andrews: Absolutely no sense of urgency. Been here waiting for 3+ hours just to be put into a room. My 2 month old baby has a 102 degree fever, and is totally miserable. He had a dirty diaper and needed to be changed, not a changing table in sight. I asked where I could change him, the nurse told me “one of the benches in the waiting room” which are filled with people, some of which are covid positive, and she’s suggesting I bring my newborn near them just so I can change him. So beyond unacceptable.
Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital - Grass Valley paul hauck: My 96 year old mother experienced a sudden change in mental status. We took her to the emergency department and within four hours she had been triaged, had lab work, chest x-ray, and brain scan, been seen by the emergency room physician, was diagnosed and treated. Our experience there was nothing short of phenomenal. Each person we encountered was uniformly polite, friendly and professional. We are so fortunate to have this quality service in the small town.
