Jennifer Lafon: When going to Brockway Hair design in the beginning I got great haircuts but then my stylist got um… lazy, not paying attention to my requests for certain hair design. I was told that she wouldn’t do my hair the way I explained. As I said my hairdresser began to rush me out of there. She wouldn’t do my hair the way her coworker who did grey hair with certain highlights. Should have gone to the coworker!

K Jack: I went in for a hair cut and color. The lady seemed nice enough, however she cut my hair and suggested some hi-lights which I agreed to. after she was done putting the color on and the hilights she put me under the dryer. I had never had that done before and I have had my hair cut and colored numerous times. ì guess I was really stupid because, I just figured it was a different kind of hair dye. My hair has never, ever been so dry and brittle and never felt worse. Still over a month later it is still bad. These ladies there hang out in the back room chatting and laughing and even leave customers who come in just hanging and dont even greet them in a respectable amount of time. I am in my 60"s and never has my hair felt so bad like it was burned, excessively dry and brittle.
