Not only does she have the skills to transform your look, but she also has the creativity to inspire you to try something new. When I started going to Alli for hair, I had box dyed black hair for seven years straight. Over time, she has lightened me to a chocolate brown with caramel highlights, to a bright blonde, and even to bright red. I love it all. I love Alli’s knowledge of trends and natural products that keeps my hair healthy and strong. The new salon is so chic, and exactly what I’m looking for when I’m needing some self care. Run, don’t walk to Ritual and support this mama and small business owner. An amazing addition to the community.

Her salon is super clean and well maintained and her services are very professional. She’s also great with men’s cuts and kids. This salon is a gem in little Red Bluff!
