5 /5 Michelle Mayfield: Hilary was so friendly and skilled! It was one of the best hot stone massages Ive ever had, if not the best. I went in in a great deal of pain from an old car accident injury and finally got relief. Theyve also worked hard to create a beautiful and soothing lobby space. I love visiting this spa.

1 /5 Olivia Rodriguez: Honestly the worst massage I’ve ever got. I got my wife a couples massage. We got there 3 minutes late, the sir by the reception guilt tripped us a little bit but it wasn’t too bad. But then the massage started. My wife got luckier than I, I don’t remember the name of her masseuse, but she at least went all in there. Mine I honestly couldn’t feel anything, it felt like he didn’t know what he was doing. When I turned around on my back for him to do my neck/chest/shoulders, ALL HE DID FOR 15 MINUTES WAS CARESSING MY SCALP! on our way out, the lady at the reception was absolutely incompetent, we weren’t able to tip with card because she couldn’t figure it out. I came because of the good reviews but I‘m never coming back again. Only Urban Med Spa in Chico from now on! Really sad I spent so much money on this place…

1 /5 Osmara Herrera: We booked a couples massage a week ahead. Called ahead in the morning the day of to confirm the appointment only to get there a few hours later for our appointment and be told we were only booked for a single massage not a couples massage. It was obviously a clerical error on their part, which is understandable, but the receptionist didn’t give any solution or option, or even an offer to reschedule, just a “sorry, we don’t have you down for a couples.” Obviously expecting us to leave. Awkward experience.

5 /5 cindee lanning: I had my first Massage in years, It could not have been better. Sadie listened to me about my neck and shoulder pain. As I was driving home, I realized I wasnt in pain. The spa was everything you would want a spa to be. Calm, relaxing, and very enjoyable.

1 /5 Jamie Chamberlain: I had an apt on 1/18 for 1:45 that I accidentally booked under my husbands name. I called and asked that they change it to my name. I was told they would cancel my apt and re enter in my name. Show up for my apt and I was not in the schedule. Low and behold they accidentally scheduled me for the following week. I was told they could squeeze me in at 2:50 with a male masseuse, whom Ive had before and was not a fan of so I declined and said I would keep my new apt on the 25th. The original masseuse I scheduled came out and said she had a 1:45 and said my husbands name. I was like OH thats my apt, just wrong name. Another woman waiting said that was her apt, and the receptionist corrected the masseuse and said no, you have (womans name). So I said thats weird that the masseuse i had originally booked still had our name. To which I was told "she must be looking at an old schedule" at that point the woman who now had the 1:45 slot says to me "its my apt dont be rude". I responded stating i wasnt trying to be rude nor was I speaking to her and said "damn". (I was not yelling) The receptionist shushed me. I explained again to her I wasnt trying to be rude to anyone, I was just confused at the situation. She essentially couldnt have given 2 craps, gave me the most insincere apology and I said, never mind cancel please. In my opinion none of that was handled well at all. I walked out utterly mortified that someone thought I was creating a scene with no interjection from the staff.
