5 /5 Jessica Kathleen: Mercedes gave me my first Hydrafacial, Platinum to be exact, ever and it was amazing! Her room setup was so cozy, relaxing and inviting and her presence was calming. She was informative but also let you kick back and relax. My skin loved everything about the process and I immediately booked my next appointment before I left. Mercedes is a true professional!

1 /5 Dawn Latham: I had always loved my time with Mercedes, she was very personable. I recommended every single one of my friends and a handful even became regular clients of hers. I was always impressed by her expertise and knowledge in her field. She clearly knows what she is doing, and I felt confident in her skills. However, I did have some concerns regarding client-to-client confidentiality. I had my last session with Mercedes in Oct. 2024, and had recently been told that she was conversing in regards to a personal situation with another client and I, TO OTHER CLIENTS when I hadnt had an appointment with her in months! While I understand that personal connections can sometimes form during treatments, I would strongly recommend that clients keep things very surface-level during sessions. I would feel more comfortable if there were clearer boundaries regarding confidentiality to ensure that sensitive information stays private. I do believe Mercedes has potential, but I wanted to share this feedback as a caution for anyone who may be looking for a more discreet and confidential experience. Hopefully this doesnt happen to any of her current or future clients.

5 /5 Sarah Greenwood: Mercedes is a true master of her craft and an all-around incredible human being. From the second I met her, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease in her presence. Her space is very inviting and completely spotless. She is extremely thorough and the level of detail she puts into her work is extraordinary. There is a reason she is booked out well in advance – she is simply the best and well worth the wait.

She is awesome, talks her clients through what will be going on, always has a smile on her face and never fails to make you feel welcomed. I recommend her to everyone because she is that good! Plus she’s always has good jams playing.
