Nail Palace - Temecula Jack B: I came into this nail salon and everything seemed fine at first. However, things took a turn when I politely asked the nail technician to fix a couple of nails where the pattern was noticeably lighter on one hand compared to the other. instead of calmly addressing my concern, he lashed out at me in an aggressive tone, yelling, “Yes, I see!”
The experience made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I quickly paid in cash and left without even asking for his name or a receipt. I just wanted to get out of there.
I’ve never been treated this way at a nail salon, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Bvon Nails - Temecula Leticia Hernandez: Really bad nail tech! Didnt get what I asked and they would get bothered because I would tell them something! I had to go back 2 twice to get them fix and hadnt even been a week! My nails look they need to come off already like its been 2 weeks but it hasnt! My daughters nail came out to $65 and nothing what she asked for her nail came off already and it so easy to get smash on! Not even 2 weeks yet!!!! Never again coming here!!!!

Best City Nails II - Temecula Amanda: My recent visit to this nail salon left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I came in hoping for a professional and welcoming experience, but from the moment I walked in, it was clear that wasn’t going to happen. One of the staff members was incredibly rude and seemed to go out of her way to be unkind. She stood there watching us without greeting me, which already felt awkward, and her demeanor made me feel unwelcome despite my effort to be polite, friendly, and professional.
I’m not someone who looks for trouble, and I always try to approach situations with kindness and understanding. However, it seemed like this staff member was looking for a reason to pick a fight, which created an unnecessarily hostile environment. That’s not what anyone wants when they’re paying for a service and looking to unwind.
I will say there was one man working there who answered my questions thoroughly and treated me with respect, and I really appreciated his professionalism. It’s a shame that his efforts were overshadowed by the unkind behavior of his colleague.
Overall, this experience was disappointing. Customer service and basic courtesy are so important in creating a welcoming environment, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. I hope this feedback encourages the team to reevaluate how they treat customers moving forward.
Dluxe Nail Bar - Temecula Kristen A: I sent my daughter here to get a fill.And she had a couple broken nails.They charged her sixty dollars for the fill and the fill started lifting after six days. When I called them , they did not want to guarantee anything they said they only guarantee nails for 5 days! They said That their product is higher end from other nails salons and there is a high possibility that there product will not ahere well if ,already has product on them. I mentioned to them after calling that they should explain the option and the reasoning for a new set, which they failed to suggest or offer to my daughter because she had a budget. They should of explained this! And did not. My daughter has lost 3 nails and several others started to lift after a week. They did not offer any kind of compensation at all and did not care about reviews. I would avoid. The crazy thing is they said Is it would cost $65 for a new set and we paid $60 for a fill alone with a few broken nails. And $15 for soak off. I would have much rather preferred to spend the twenty dollars ensuring the nails would last minimum 3 weeks than waste my money on nails that didnt hold up. Poor customer service!
