1 /5 Ecotrell Cotrell: I was recommended to this salon for my wedding. First she passed me on to an unexperienced stylist. When she arrived she was kind but unprofessional. Said she had practiced my hairstyle that I sent to her ALL week. It was clearly her first time doing the hairstyle. It was a rats nest. I had to redo it myself. I was very disappointed. She didnt seem to care the day of. Now I cant get a word back from her or the salon. Too bad people feel that conducting poor business is acceptable.

Love the way she left my hair the first time and now Im back for a retouch. Ive never had a hair dresser thats really done a really great job and hasnt damaged my hair! She is my number #1 hairdresser now. Great job Courtney! Thank you!

5 /5 Deanna Ludaescher: Great! Courtney Phelps cuts both of my sons hair about every 6 weeks. They love going to her, she is beautiful, young and fun. She always engages the boys into to talking about whats going on in each others lives, mostly work. And for my oldest son its usually college and work and how much he enjoys having his own apartment now. And whatever is going on in Courtneys life of dance and competitions (she loves doing that sooo much). Its kind like her calling in life. Recommend everyone to try this shop, it is comprised of young adults who have relevance to things going on for the 20+ people in Napa and you get a great hair cut while you gossip. Wouldnt take my 2 sons anywhere else!! Props Courtney = youve got my vote
