When my doctor was having technical difficulties and couldnt log onto the zoom appointment they made no attempt to contact me. I had to go through their outside answering service to learn why my doctor was not honoring our appointment time. Dismissed my medical concerns with a generalization. Invalidated my health problems and refused to look for an underlying cause.

TroyAlan Clark: Dr. Cosgrove forced me to be on medications that I dont believe were in my best interest. After being prescribed risperidone for being misdiagnosed with skitzophrenia I began having breathing problems. These problems persisted and I just came across my personal medical journal today from 2015 and it was filled with complaints of breathing problems that stemmed from this Dr. Prescribing me risperidone. I have a team of professionals working on a civil suit. I have a strong case I am told. The Dr. Also disrespected me and threatened to give me a shot if I refused the medication. How is this possible? I cant answer that I just know it happened to me and Im still suffering from breathing problems which have been narrowed down to the starting of this medication. When I complained the other Dr who was of an unknown ethnicity, I could barely understand his English I believe told me I would die if I had breathing problems like I was describing. I concurred with him, however nothing was done. I hope this complaint finds someone who cares that has the power to investigate this professional negligence. Due to having a full schedule I have minimal time to work on this. Thank you for reading
