1 /5 Zoe Bailey: VERY disappointed. Just came out of the salon minutes ago and took these pictures. The work was very sloppy. Tim was my technician (name on the equipment) he was very rough, and rushed as though there was a queue waiting to be seen. He took my existing regular polish off my finger nails with a dremel and repeatedly burned/cut me. I told him and the tech working on my pedicure that he was hurting me. He tutted at me as if I was overreacting; I was not, he just cut my skin. He proceeded to do that an additional two times. Three fingers out of ten. When removing a mistake layer of gel from five fingers he simply wiped the layer off with a dry towel. There is blue glitter residue all over my fingers and surrounding skin. The polish is transparent in many areas from poor application. The polish is not applied to the edges of any nail. They look grown out already yet they were applied less than 1-hour ago. I voiced my concerns on many occasions and he either tutted in response to me or spoke to other members of staff complaining in a different language making me further uncomfortable knowing they were talking about me. Total waste of money. Would not recommend whatsoever. I wont be going back.

1 /5 Jayla Williams: Horrible experience, definitely will not be coming back, on 10/30 I came in for a plain gel manicure not only did it take 2 HRS but the paint job was horrible and full of bubbles. During the calluses remover part of the pedicure I noticed that my 2 of toes were burning extremely bad, I let the technician know, she rinsed it off and continued on. My toes continued to hurt but I thought maybe it would get better later. While on Vacation not only did the polish peel off 2 days later but I have 2 painful blood blisters on my toes. This place is horrible

2 /5 Lauren: $85 without tip. $35 for gel on hands $50 for gel on feet Both technicians were very quiet and roughly grabbed my hands. Nobody was friendly.
