Decided that maybe a dealership is overcharging me, so I took it here and they called me back within 2 hours to tell me not a single issue is wrong with anything in the suspension system. They said there’s a bit of moisture but besides that the lower ball joint replacement isn’t needed. They saved me a whole lot of money by being honest and they’ll have a customer for life

5 /5 Frank Beruecos: Recently, my daughter moved to Riverside to attend UC Riverside. Her starter on her Honda broke down. I live in Palmdale so I researched several shops in her area. Porters had great reviews. When I called, these guys were amazing. Steve and Dave took care of my daughters car and gave us a very fair price on parts and labor. Had her car ready very quickly and seemed very honest and upfront.I was very pleased. Thank you Steve and Dave !!!

1 /5 neil stayner: Took my vehicle in for the engine light Diagnostic. He fixed things on my vehicle that had nothing to do with the engine light.When picking up my vehicle it started hard, when I got home the light came back on. I was charged over 630 dollars. He changed 1 engine coil that cost 40 dollars. And one sensor . Then started fixing things that had nothing to do with the electrical. I don’t recommended this place. When I called the next morning he said bring it back . He didn’t say he would make it right . Not happy about the overcharge. And him just fixing things that had nothing to do with the light staying on.

I’ve taken two vehicles here in the past for transmission work and was seen the same day, which I appreciated. But for the past two months, I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone about two different Jeeps—one needs a new transmission, and the other needs the transfer case resealed. For the first Jeep, I called three times and was told someone would get back to me. I only received one call, and when I tried returning it, no one answered. For the second Jeep, I was told someone would call me with a quote—I missed the call, called back, and again, no response. If you’re going to go out of your way to advertise to me so persistently, at least make sure your service matches the same energy.
