1 /5 925Guy: Nancy, you are a horrible customer service sales desk associate. You state one thing, and then claim, thats not what you said. You lie to customers and then have the nerve to get upset when we are upset with your false statements. In defense, you tell the customer "If this isnt working out you could just come pick up your vehicle" You give out false information on materials used during repairs. Then on top of that the diagnostic was never fully done or the failure our car had going on would have been noticed and visually seen. You cost me and my family 500 unnecessary dollars to cover the cost of diagnosis and service. No way would I ever come back to this car facility for that cheap free oil change you guys sent in the mail for us to use. No thank you I dont want to played and lied to again.
