Millennium Auto Care - Brentwood
tammy massey: I took my daughters 2015 Honda Civic to get a smog check today and had a great experience. Mr. Hameed was invaluable and efficient throughout the process. He guided us through the necessary steps and ensured everything was done quickly. We appreciated his friendly demeanor and professionalism. Overall, it was a smooth visit, and I felt relieved that the smog check was completed without any issues. Thank you. I will be coming back for more services.

Auto Import Service - Brentwood
MIchael Bennett: A week ago I made an appointment for my Mercedes Metris. I was searching for a garage that worked on Mercedes vehicles that was closer than the dealership. I had extensive conversation with the person who made the arrangements. I asked what was required at 45k miles. I was told the service required was going to be in excess of $1700. I verified the appointment the day before and said they used genuine Mercedes parts. I shared with her my concern as I had spoken with the dealer who said sometimes garages said they did but in fact didn’t which could result in damages down the road. The woman shared she was a former employee of Stockton Mercedes and acted as though she knew her business. I showed up today at the scheduled time for my appointment. She came out of the office to meet me only to tell me she didn’t think my car would fit on the racks she had. I asked if she could measure to be sure. After much discussion with the owner about which rack and the appropriate angle etc. it was determined they weren’t equipped either physically or mentally to handle it. I of course was angry that they had plenty of time to prepare and didn’t even once ask about my car. One would think if you were in the garage business you might know the vehicles you intend to book. Oh. One more thought, the principal said he could get the car on the lift but wouldn’t be able to get it backed off the lift! I lost my cool at that point and asked for my key back. If one can get it on one should be able to back it off. This was totally absurd ! And you think I want to do business!! Not! Beware.
Monkey Wrenches Inc. - Brentwood
Geoffrey Weakley: Monkey Wrenches has been a pleasure to work with. They are fantastic at communication, honest, and help to keep my car running strong. This is “my” shop from now on. Quick story: I brought my car to them a few months ago based on the recommendation of a friend. They took my car and did several things to it including a throttle body cleaning. After they returned my car to me I experienced a couple quirks with acceleration and then the dreaded check engine light came on. I called and Rima answered. She told me to come back and they would take care of me. They identified the problem and solved it quickly at no extra charge to me. The following day I got 2 more MPG on my daily commute. So easy to work with and they made time for me. Thank you Monkey Wrenches!!!

Case Mods: Told me they never worked on turbo cars, dont know how to find the issue. I had coolant disappearing after a few days. They initially did a pressure test on the coolant system and found a fitting to be leaking, then tried to charge me nearly $400 for time and labor. I declined. The parts were $80 and took me maybe 30 minutes to swap myself. So they charged me $200 and I still need someone to look at the car. Wont be coming back here or recommending them to anyone in the future. Not sure why they would take on the job if they dont know how to complete it fully. Or at least tell me it could be more cost to find it if its something more serious.
