The lady went to get a guy named Dave but when she got back she said he was busy. I understood. When I asked about availability again I was told they would "be available sometime next week or whatever" I was reccomend to come here but after that one conversation id rather take my business elsewhere. Im trying to pay to get my car fixed not to have someone be rude to me ... Or whatever. Adding this to the avoid list.

The gents at central coast auto were the only ones in town who would give me a real world quote, not the “go away” price, or just tell me they weren’t interested. They were extremely accommodating when I had to wait a few more days to pick up the car, and accepted payment in cash and a variable deposit on starting such a large job. I had some questions about things afterwards and just for coming to ask them they offered me a free oil change. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Rachel Splitgerber: First of all, I have tried out 3 different mechanics before finally finding Complete Automotive, I had almost given up hope that I could find a credible and honest mechanic in SLO. The very first time I came in was for the same issue I had visited all other mechanics for and the experience was outstanding! They listened to everything I had to say, took it for a test drive with me to identify the problem, and were extremely thorough in checking my car for problems. At the end of the day they were able to explain everything that was wrong in full detail so I was able to understand the problem and understand all of my options moving forward. Whereas other mechanics pointed out one issue at a time, at Complete, they gave me the whole picture. They were very conscious of my budget and my time, and made the whole process very smooth and easy. I can’t recommend them enough!! Even now, with a different, more reliable vehicle, I still take it to them for all of my maintenance needs. The photo attached is of my boyfriend’s car when he had to get it towed unexpectedly in the middle of the night, the very next day they were able to get it in, and had the whole process from identifying the issue to replacing the parts completed within just a few days!

Jeannie Risner: Uh-Mazing! Took my 11 year old Jeep to Morin Bros to get it checked out so I could give it to my granddaughter. Wanted it to be in its very best condition, clean and safe for her 16th birthday. We had been taking good care of it all along, but theres always something that can be improved. They checked it thoroughly and recommended a few repairs - spark plugs, A/C coolant, alignment, brakes and what not.We pointed out to them that the headlights were clouded over from years sitting outside in the sun. We had tried a couple home remedies and repair kits, and had a professional auto detailer take a crack at cleaning them up, but nothing worked. After Morin Bros had their way with it, it totally looks like a brand new vehicle. Prices were more than fair and the service, timing, and professional courtesy of the crew is second to none. GO THERE! and thank you so very much.
