5 /5 Arianna McLean: I am AMAZED by Patty!!! I have been going to the same hairdresser for years in Michigan, but recently moved. I took a long time to finally trust someone else to do my hair because blonde can be tricky. I am SO thankful that new person was PATTY! She is kind, punctual, thorough in making sure she is doing what you want done to your hair specifically, and made me feel very safe and heard. AND THIS BLONDE!?!?! It was perfect!! It turned out so beautiful as if Id been in the sun! One of my other major concerns with hair stylists is that they are careful when bleaching. Patty went above and beyond to make sure my hair was cared for and not stripped or dry by the end of the process. YOU CAN TRUST HER WITH ALL OF YOUR BLONDE HAIR DREAMS!!! 100000%!!!
Also, Ive read some of these low reviews and I feel like these people didnt give her the benefit of the doubt... or at least try to assume the best of her. Patty is genuinely a kind person and cares deeply about her customers. When something doesnt go right, I know that it bothers her deep down for a long while because she truly desires for people to have a good experience and feel loved - getting our hair done is a transformative thing. Patty realizes that. I wish these people would have used the time they took to post their dramatic reviews to just gave her a call and seek out some clarity. They would have realized quickly how incredible and integrous of a person she is AND that she would have gone out of her way to make it right.
