Yasi Alaee: I’ve never been anywhere that mess up my pedicure. I did a shimmer white and tried not to choose an Esse so it’s not thin and they still didn’t do a great job on my polish.
My manicure doesn’t look great either. I honestly could have done a better job myself.
I went to this place based on the good reviews however I got quite disappointed.
Misty Miller: New to the area and want to find a good place. I schedule an appointment and ask for the deluxe pedicure, which is $65 and for a set of nails I got the gel x and gel pedicure walked out with $170 bill. The nails are good. I like them, however, then $90 pedicure is insane and I did not get what the $65 pedicure offers. I didn’t get the neck towel and the massage was maybe two or three minutes if you can even call it a massage at all. the hot stones was less than a minute and was included in a massage. definitely not worth $90. I’m not sure what the going rate for a typical gel X with design but 90 did seem reasonable for the nails. But For the pedicure that’s a way no go no way will ever pay $90 again for not getting half of what you’re supposed to.
T Vuong: Im glad this place is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! I used to love ProfessioNail and now I love to come here again! Very convenient location, close to Starbucks and Sharkys. Friendly people and they do a great job! I get Gel because it lasts long and keeps my nails looking fabulous for more than a day. Jessica, the nail tech, is the best at what she does. SHe is very experienced. I love the way she massages.
Overall experience at Professional nails was awesome! My nails are still healthy and look beautiful! I will definitely come back.
It can be a little pricey if you compared to regular nails but if you think about it, the nails last and if it were regular nail polish, I would probably have to touch it up or take it off after a week so the price is very reasonable compares to other places nearby.

Esmeralda Lomeli: Love this place! Relaxing, calming, modern atmosphere. They really took the time to make sure my previous nails were removed properly and made sure to be extra careful with my new nail set as I am very sensitive. I tried Apres Gel x for the first time, and was pleased with the results. Great customer service! I was able an appointment just before the holidays. Highly recommend stopping by! I will certainly be coming back!
Debbie Stein: I went in today at 1 o’clock for a walk-in pedicure ended up getting my manicure. The two girls that We’re working on me were amazing very keen to detail and very polite I had an ingrown that was cutting into my skin and they took it out and they were very sensitive to the pain that I have. I did schedule an appointment to go back in three weeks. They were also very quick. I was done within about an hour for a gel X manicure and pedicure. I will continue to come here thank you girls.
Justine Sutton: I went here yesterday and the nail tech gouged my cuticle. It was bleeding and painful I was visibly uncomfortable and she showed no reaction. The neighboring tech who spoke English told me she would put antiseptic on it and nobody apologized or did anything to show they were sorry nor appreciative for my business after when I paid full for service and tip. I even asked for ice or cold water because it was throbbing and was ignored (my nail tech didn’t speak English but kept nodding her head like she understood me instead of asking for someone to help translate). I rarely leave reviews but i just want people to be aware of the crappy customer service.
Don Robert: Not sure why people are disappointed I was very happy. First off they dont have the jacked up high prices like most NP vendors. Ands they were able to accommodate me pretty quickly.
$25 +5 tip for a really solid pedicure.
esther good: I’ve been having my hair done by Mandy for many years. Always the best cut, color and Brazilian blow out! She’s very flexible with appointments. Very fair price for such high quality work. I scheduled my appointments a year in advance just to make sure I’m in the queue.
