1 /5 Melissa’s World: Long wait times. Only got to see OBYN couple times and only a practitioner nurse throughout pregnancy. I don’t feel like I got the care and treatment I needed. Will definitely not be coming back.

1 /5 lupita pacheco: I love Doctor Warren and all the nurses and NP. I rate it a 1 due to the office not having a phone number. I can never directly call the office for questions or concerns, I have to wait on the phone for a 1800 nunber to make changes or anything and thats 30 min plus waiting. I also really dislike the billing department I ALWAYS get voicemail and never a call back. Ive left voicemail for a call back and dont hear back in weeks, when they do call its like 7 am and I miss the call. I leave emails as well and nothing! Its disappointing that they never have appointments for emergencies you have to wait a month or more.

4 /5 Debbiedove Tyler: Medical assistant was very courteous, she explained everything to me, questions were answered. The office was neat and clean. The nurse was gentle and patient with me and explained everything she was doing during my exam. The exam was quick we discussed things moving forward.

4 /5 pallie: Staff is very friendly and attentive to needs. Doctors are very helpful to my questions and concerns. Patient portal to access my information online could be improved, such as where if I needed to refill any prescriptions it would be convenient to make a request online after hours instead of calling the hotline in order to get through to the main office.

Visiting the doctor always makes me anxious and it had been a while since my last pap smear (no woman likes paps ) so I appreciate everyone being so cool! Thank you Ladies!

sunny kem: WORST CLINIC IN FRESNO. ALL THE RECEPTIONISTS ALWAYS.. and I mean ALWAYS PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME. MOST OF THE TIME THEY NEVER COME BACK TO PICK UP THE PHONE. IT TOOK SO LONG I HAD TO DRIVE THERE JUST FOR SIMPLE GENERAL QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED. WHEN I GOT THERE, THERE ARE 3 MEXICAN GIRLS WORKING AS THE RECEPTIONIST. ALL OF THEM LITERALLY SITTING THERE TALKING AMONGST EACH OTHER LAUGHING AND CHIT CHATTING. ONE EVEN WAS JUST BROWSING ON HER PHONE!!! FIRE THEM OR CLOSE DOWN THIS HORRIBLE CLINIC.

Bob Kernaghan: CCare is an excellent and well run service, and I am quite happy they are my treatment center . Their staff is well trained, helpful, and quite competent. So why not five stars? My provider is excellent, but she has to see so many patients, she has very little time to spend with each individual, and I know she would like to spend a few more minutes. I understand this is how modern medicine has to run to stay in business, but a person can wish.

I was told on the phone WEEKS ago that my insurance would be accepted here only to show up a half hour early as requested & then they don’t take it. A COMPLETE waste of time & now I’m going to have to wait to get in somewhere else. The lady at the front office was rude even on the phone when she called to move the appointment, but my husband & I moved our schedules around to make it work. She was rude in person as well & insensitive when she informed me of this insurance mix up & didn’t do anything to make it right. It was COMPLETELY unprofessional for this to happen. This is my first pregnancy & I am extremely sick & in desperate need of seeing someone. Seriously go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Save yourself the trouble.

A M: Dr. John Erickson was the provider I was just treated by, and he was exceptionally kind and thorough during my urgent care visit. I was apprehensive to go to this place because of the reviews but must say I am pleasantly surprised by my treatment from front office staff to back in the treatment room. Dr offered to do extra testing that I didn’t even know was available . He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions appropriately and was absolutely the kindest! He managed to find a sample for me to utilize and spare me an extra expense at the pharmacy as well!! It was worth the extra 5 mile drive for me during this busy holiday season.

Dream Luna “Goddess L”: the staff is unprofessional and the service is unacceptable. They should be shut down. They dont care about patients wellbeing and dont even bother to check on them. Do better, your patients deserve better. You could die there and they wouldnt know for days. I would give them negative stars if I could.
