1 /5 Daniel Kim: This review will probably not show, Im not sure what I have to do to make it appear. Ill dumb it down so it hopefully shows up. My car got damaged while it was being serviced. Owner denied it, did not provide insurance. I had to call cops to get insurance, it took 4 hours. I won settlement.

1 /5 anna andreeva: The mechanics are absolutely incompetent. They said they would fix the car, but in the end, they couldn’t do anything. They did a bunch of pointless things that I had already done myself two hours earlier. They called their own tow truck, I paid money to get to their shop, and ended up wasting a huge amount of time for absolutely nothing. My car broke down at 11 AM, and I contacted them right away. It’s now 3 PM, and the mechanic just tells me, “I don’t know what’s wrong with it.” I even suggested possible causes of the issue, and he just shrugged his shoulders and ignored me — complete indifference. These mechanics have no idea how to fix the problem they agreed to work on. They laugh and act like they couldn’t care less about you. If you can’t help us, why waste our time? Just say, “No, I can’t,” and I’ll find another shop instead of sitting here for hours for nothing. To the so-called “mechanics” at this shop — don’t waste other people’s time if you don’t care about your own. I’ll never come back here, and I strongly recommend others stay away too

4 /5 eun park: Olympic Auto Repair, also known as Olympic Auto Center, is a place where you can feel the effort to handle car-related work such as tint application, black box installation (authorized dealer of iNavi), and battery discount in one stop. The owner was particularly impressive. I would say that the non-forced philosophy of thinking from the customers perspective first and not recommending unnecessary repairs or costs was well-executed. Overall, I felt trustworthy, and I was satisfied with the friendly explanations and clean work. I think it is a place where even people who dont know much about cars can leave their work with confidence. I praise them.
