1 /5 None Ya: 8 months later and still waiting on a referral! Then they send me a letter saying they’ve been trying to contact me..all lies they haven’t tired to contact me once haven’t left any messages. Trying to cover their own asses..then Emmanuel calls me 8 months later saying dr Lewis order an ultrasound how did they get my number?? They dropped the ball pure negligence I already got an ultrasound somewhere else and have been referred took less then a month!! Do better!!

1 /5 Olivia Flores: Told me my appt was at 1:30. Got there at 1:20. Doors don’t open till 1:30 pm from lunch. Waited till past 3:00 pm and left because I couldn’t wait longer. Staff lied about my arrival time and I waited almost 2 hours. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

3 /5 Rach Puentes: Wanted to give 1 star because Dr Lewis is terrible. 2 stars because I really enjoyed Dr Dehkordi. I was having a miscarriage in my 9th week and I was told to come in immediately. I was brought into the room where I was met by Dr Lewis. He was so rude and told me to open up as he assisted with pulling out the tissue. That was excruciating pain with no medication. He stopped because I was moaning in pain and I would have scared the other patients. He tapped me on the legs as I was free to go and the miscarriage would take so many days with bleeding afterwards. My mom, who was in the room said that was the worst OB she has ever witnessed. As soon as I came out of the room the staff was so empathetic and I felt like I was in a twilight zone. The front staff and billing was so kind and patient, Dr Dehkordi was great, she was my regular provider and I always felt safe with her. Please, do not see Dr Lewis. He is so dry, lacks compassion and just does a “job”

3 /5 Samantha F: Edit to add: I have been in several times since that first visit. They’re overbooking SO bad. It’s an hour+ minimum past your appointment time to be called back. It’s ridiculous. Today was my first visit here with Dr. Lewis. I have ptsd from a bad experience back in Tennessee. The entire staff from the front desk to Dr Lewis made me feel so welcome and calm. I had my IUD removed and he did it at the same time as he removed the speculum so as to confuse the brain and helps pain. It was virtually painless. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff.

1 /5 Catrina Linton: This place has really gone downhill since Dr. McCauley left. They are overbooked. It took 30 mins just to be put in a room. I was there for a recurrent infection. The staff did not have me undress they just put me in a room. I was there to see Dr. Dehkordi but her assistant came in and asked if she could help me with anything at that point I’m upset thinking I’m not going to see the doctor. Once Dr. Dehkordi came in she didn’t look at my test results that I provided I felt like I wasn’t being seen or heard by her. It felt rushed. It all felt like a waste of time and I felt like I didn’t get the quality of care. I probably won’t be coming back.
