5 /5 Sandra Lobach: They did a wonderful job taking care of my granddaughters Chihuahua Chloe. They were easy with her so she wouldnt be scared and tried to make her comfortable. Everybody there was very kind and professional. They could see I was nervous Im sure because they assured me many times theyd take good care of her. They took great care of my cat Piggie when I had her spayed too. Very helpful, friendly and kind. They did all they could to make it affordable for me too. Even had ideas and resources to help.

5 /5 Ruby: Took my puppy here to get neutered and the service was amazing. They were very patient with us and explained to us everything with great detail. They did offer to microchip him and provide some additional vaccines that he needed at an additional cost, but were not pushy. We went ahead and accepted since we were already there. They were also super honest which I appreciated. We thought we were going to have to pay more because our puppy needed a "crypto neuter," but they called us post surgery and told us they were able to perform the procedure without having to do an additional incision so they were going to be refunding us back the difference. 10/10 overall experience!

5 /5 Shannon Ramirez: Walk in and low cost vaccinations make Turlock spay & neuter super convenient. They are kind, fast, and efficient. They also offer walk in nail trims. I hear they can get busy, but Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes to be assisted. I would recommend calling first to get an idea of their current wait time. Im always in and out within 15 minutes or less. Will return with my cats for any future vaccinations.

5 /5 Dana C: The entire process was easy and fairly quick. The staff was friendly and treated my cat with care. The vet I spoke to was very nice and you could tell he has a big heart. Ill for sure be taking my other male cat here to get fixed and will recommend this clinic.

Lester Hall: I just want to let everybody know VIP pets I got a hold of the customer service number the lady that answer the phone I was trying to tell her my problem I have cancer really bad stage 4 cancer and Im going through chemotherapy and I got treated really bad last weekend and Turlock California at the at the pet store outside when they did the shots and the thing for the animals they was really mean to me and I told the lady from customer service I was going to put this on the website and let people know how you treat me I dont appreciate that thats really messed up how you treat people with disabilities thats not nice in the lady from the customer service number the toll free number to VIP pets want to offer me a 20% off next time I come in really after I got treated really wrong for my disability and somebody judging me really thats not nice I talked to a lady from customer service her name was Erica I told her my situation and she said oh I can give you 20% off next time you come in its already on the website 20% off you dont treat somebody really wrong with a disability and then you want to make it up to somebody and give them 20% off really for their animal after they get treated really wrong with the disability really

I’ve been a loyal customer since 1987! I’ve never felt pressured to go to the extreme with treatments, they are very sensible yet caring . Highly recommend!

Tyler Hurtado: Nice rooms, good parking and nice staff. May be the worst bed Ive ever laid on. Or one of the worst. Coworkers also have the same complaint. Upgrading the beds would make this a real quiet, secluded gem off the rough highway of old 99. Otherwise Id totally stay here and just bring my air mattress (but ya shouldnt have to to begin with)

Daphanne Peters: I have now had TWO bad experiences with the "security" at this facility. The first was a couple years ago when the security guard threatened to call the police on me for standing in a doorway, while on the phone, all because I "wasnt wearing a mask." Mind you, I was well over six feet from ANYONE except the security guard and trying to get instructions on which office to go to (and somehow that made me enough of a threat for the receptionist to call what you guys deem security). COVID was pretty much over, but according to the security guard I could not actually file a complaint because "she worked there and I didnt." Consider this my formal complaint. Then today, I apparently broke the law akin to murder when I stepped over the yellow line to ask the receptionist a question (I was the only one standing in line, mind you, there were NO OTHER PATIENTS WAITING - I want to make this clear in case it becomes an excuse to not take this complaint seriously). The security guard, who was behind the desk, might have been laughing about it and thought it was HILARIOUS (along with your receptionist, by the way), and kept making jokes about me "not seeing the line" and how he could "prevent me from breaking others privacy in the future." This was not funny, and was highly unprofessional. I am also wondering why the security guard was behind the desk laughing and giggling with the receptionist while she was on the computer looking at patient charts. Last I checked, security guards dont get to look at those. So, now Im concerned about a major HIPAA violation occurring at this facility. I genuinely did not know how to respond to this VERY unprofessional behavior from either the security guard or the receptionist, so I ended up just walking away. My question never got answered, not that I think it would have been answered, anyway. Five stars for unprofessional behavior and possible HIPAA violations. Zero stars for decent patient care or customer service. If I knew which security company you employ, I would make the complaint directly to them. Im just going to assume that information is "proprietary," along with common decency and following medical laws.

She really knows how to make you feel safe and comfortable and make sure whatever issues you have get solved. She helped me do a procedure/surgery that changed my life and really helped improve my confidence, relationship, and my familiarity and comfortableness with my body and my female anatomy. She is the BEST and I will always recommend anyone to see her!

alexis: If you have any sort of trauma history or are uncomfortable with things she will not make you feel comforted, explain what she is doing, or make you feel validated. Emphasis on not validated because I was told what I was experiencing was normal when previous doctors before have told me it’s not and I’ve had to do plenty tests to get to the bottom of it. I don’t want to be rude but this was another rude awakening as to how blunt and cold some doctors can be.
