    Jennifer Medina: This clinic is so unorganized. We went here so that I could receive care while pregnant. While I was pregnant , they administered a wrong vaccination. I was told I’d be getting a specific shot, only to be given the incorrect shot. They called me about an hour after to tell me I was given an incorrect vaccination and told me “we’re human , we make mistakes”… you work in healthcare? I’m pregnant?? And you’re excusing your mistake with that? I continued my care here which was probably a mistake. We got my daughter’s first appointments here. After a while they told us that she wasn’t covered and we would need to pay upfront for her vaccinations. Mind you, they brought us into the room and we waited an hour to be told this. Afterwards, we called our insurance. Our daughter had been covered since day 1 so I’m not sure where they’re even getting their information from.. with all of this being said, go to a better doctors office. This is not the one to go to.

    Elizabeth T Arias: Office manager is highly discriminatory. I asked to talk with her regarding delas in office visits; firs she talk with me at her door, treated me with rudeness, flat out told that "you have to understand...." trying to make me believe it is okay to wait a long time for a dr. She even went to the extreme is saying that most of the health places makes their patients to wait. Even at the ER I only waited there 30 minutes. maybe she needs strong "how to treat people catalogue and online courses. In my long teaching career never seen such an outstanding woman with no people skills and just discriminates and look down to others. Maybe she thinks that its okay to mistreat people that are coming for health at a low coast clinic. I have being coming to this place for over ten years and I never experienced and office manager mistreat and being discriminatory with patients. The public that goes to this clinic is highly diverse with a variety of backgrounds and she can not expect will accept her being arrogant and look down people.

    Larry Hamlett: Absolutely horrible place to take someone you care about. My mom had breast cancer and they did a mastectomy and removed some of her lymph nodes. But they didnt get all of them. She had to have another surgery to remove the lymph nodes they didnt get on the first try. A pet scan would have been a good place to start before doing the first surgery to make sure you dont just cut on someone blindly. Then after the second surgery I took her to the office to get her drains removed, we were late by 37 minutes because I had to remove a downed tree limb across our county road. The receptionist was absolutely rude and said that we would have to reschedule at a later date. No!!! She has drains that have to be removed!! So I came back home and removed them myself. Completely unacceptable behavior for some giving patient care after a botched surgery that they caused. I do believe we will be speaking to an attorney.
