4 /5 Serge Eremenko: My wife and I tried to get help from Regional Center for our son almost a year. So many phone appoitments, mails/e-mails, tests and papers to fill in. At last we were approved and got contacts to our coordinator. It took around 3 weeks to call and mail him and when finally he called me back he told me that Regional Center doesnt provides for childs with autism speech therapy or other therapies, only babysitter if my wife wants to come to supermarket. A long way in a year to hear this...
Upgrade. We got the new worker and situation improved significantly. She and her supervisor really try to help us. I wish that all who needs help get it ASAP. Thank you!
