The first time, my roots were not covered and I have gray hair coming in and I was going somewhere nice the next day and wanted my hair to look nice. Today, I went by appointment to get a more stylish hair color that would blend in my grays as I age. And it was really bad. I was not willing to leave the salon until it was fixed. The last time I left the salon. I just parted my hair differently and was able to get away with some of the grays not being dyed properly until I made another appointment for corrections, but this time I couldn’t leave my hair color the way it was. The highlights turned my hair almost all white and it needed a major Correction. I was there for over five hours.
