Usually when businesses are sold, the new owners cut corners but this place has really stepped it up. Much cleaner than before. Definitely coming back on a regular basis.

Johanna Campos: I went in for a dip fill and change of color. Where I had previously gotten them done, Ive seen that they scrape off the old color and apply the new one. Well, the lady who attended me said she was unable to do that. She applied the same color and then using gel I had to choose another color since the one I desired was not possible. A little different way of doing a dip fill, but the lady was very sweet. Overall good customer service.

Linda Bryant: Worst job ever. Apparently after the pandemic everyone forgot how to do their job and when I questioned the horrible job.... nothing. Wasted money. I used to go there all the time, for years. Will never go back. Were they even filed? Who knows

Cinthia: Okay so I started coming to this place because a friend referred me and believe me when I say it has been my favorite place to get my nails done, pedi, eyebrows and all here. I’ve been their loyal customer for over 15 yrs! Yes! You read right lol.. it’s a small family owned business and let me tell you Quincy and Billy are the nicest ppl as well as their staff. Vanessa does a great job, my daughter always gets her nails done with her and for me its Sophia, she can basically do any design I take her. And I honestly always take two to three photos with designs for her to do :)) When I leave the place I always leave with a smile on my face and feeling sexy. Overall they have a great customer service and are clean. You can follow them on IG @firstnailspa and follow my girl Sophia as well @nganseve7n! Always supporting small local businesses!

Brianna Andres: It was a horrible experience! I went there last night and the guy did my nails and did a couple all crooked and wrong! He didn’t know what he was doing. They ended up too short! For coffin! I felt ridiculous and not only that but the lady did my design and it was terrible! You can see the lumps! I would never recommend anyone getting their nails done here. I went back to get my money back after my nail chipped so easily this morning and they don’t do refunds! Ok! If you don’t do refunds! Then take the time to actually do the nails right! Ugh! I am very upset with their service. I don’t recommend you getting your nails done here for any occasion. They had good service and all but I left there not feeling good about my nails. And it ridiculous. No refunds.
